Dog Boarding in Ottawa

Sheila took great care of my dog Nana! She was super flexible in planning and setting up our stay, and she was great at communicating overall. She was very understanding and reassuring as I was nervous over the course of my dog's stay and sent several pictures and updates. I absolutely recommend her!

Natalia was quick with communication, sent daily photos, and overall did a great job watching Bailey and Maverick during our weekend getaway. Thank you!

Courtney and her family were great! She and Patch got along with no issues.She sent pictures of my pup and kept me updated on how he was doing throughout stay. She was also very flexible and accommodating with drop off and pickup. I would definitely use her again!

Steve is amazing! Before our first appointment, we did a pre meeting so Truffle and Steve could meet. Truffles was right at home from the start. Steve sent pics and updates during Truffles visit which put a smile on our faces. Which let us stop from the hectic day if only for a minute. We’ve already set up another visit with Steve. We miss our baby but we know Steve will take awesome care of Truffles while we are away. We are extremely happy!!

Trista was great with my 2 dogs. It was my first time leaving them so I was super nervous but she kept me updated and sent lots of pictures. I will definitely be using her again.

Gina was fantastic! I had to make a few last minute schedule changes and Gina was very accommodating. The fenced in yard was great and the care our dog received was above and beyond. Would highly recommend Gina, very knowledgeable and caring!

They were so amazing with Scout! Love the pictures they send and all the walks & attention they gave him!! He was a happy boy! I felt he was safe and loved in there home ❤️ Already booked his next stay!! Thanks for taking such great care of my boy!

Cheryl did a great job taking care of my Murphy for 11 days while I was out of the country. She sent frequent pics and updates on how Murphy was doing. Murphy requires extra care as he has diabetes and is blind. By the time I picked him up, he was quite attached to her and I could tell that when I picked him up! I highly recommend Cheryl and will rebook again in the future!!

Kathi took great care of my very energetic pup! It was a late request due to my usual sitter falling through last minute and Kathi was very understanding about that. She sent pics of my dog during my trip and even provided some harness recommendations!

Melanie and Sam were great to our dogs. We were so nervous leaving them for the first time since Nio was adopted last November. They’re really great dogs and Melanie’s house was the perfect spot for them. Thank you!!

Brittany and her family took such great care of my dog! She sent me cute update pictures and communicated well throughout the whole process. My dog has been so calm since she's been back home! I know she had a lot of great playtime.

Magen was fantastic!! She was able to help us last minute and it was our Koda’s first time away. He had a little anxiety but Magen handled it so well and completely understood. Will definitely use again!

Matthew did a great job of taking care of Sake. He had to administer 3 different meds to him since Sake acquired a lung infection before our trip.

Carissa was great with our dog. He received a lot of individualized attention and TLC. Carissa is a great communicator and sent frequent and fun updates. Highly recommend!
