Dog Boarding in Ottawa

Sheila took great care of my dog Nana! She was super flexible in planning and setting up our stay, and she was great at communicating overall. She was very understanding and reassuring as I was nervous over the course of my dog's stay and sent several pictures and updates. I absolutely recommend her!

Steve is amazing! Before our first appointment, we did a pre meeting so Truffle and Steve could meet. Truffles was right at home from the start. Steve sent pics and updates during Truffles visit which put a smile on our faces. Which let us stop from the hectic day if only for a minute. We’ve already set up another visit with Steve. We miss our baby but we know Steve will take awesome care of Truffles while we are away. We are extremely happy!!

Natalia and her family are awesome. Sadie did great at their home, and I am already prepping to rebook with them for my next few trips where Sadie can’t join. This was my first time using Rover and having someone else watch my dog, and man.. Natalia was so awesome through the whole process and made everything comfortable and easy. Thank you!

my girl had a wonderful vacation with Cheryl. She had other friends there which was wonderful and she also took her for daily walks and gave her lots of love and attention!

Colter was a very good sitter for our dogs. Sometimes everything goes great with boarding and other times there could be issues. In this case, we had some minor trouble as it sounds like one of our dogs was unexpectedly resource guarding and had an aggressive moment with Colter's dog after the first few days. No one was hurt and Colter was very communicative while seeking my feedback on how to resolve the incident. He provided helpful updates and worked to reintroduce the dogs. After that, Colter said everyone got along and played together for the remainder of the stay. I'm grateful he gave our dogs a second chance and continued the stay while we were out of town. He took our dogs for daily walks and gave them lots of attention while he cares for them. Overall, Colter was a calm and professional host and I recommend his services.

Kathi took great care of my very energetic pup! It was a late request due to my usual sitter falling through last minute and Kathi was very understanding about that. She sent pics of my dog during my trip and even provided some harness recommendations!

Cosmo enjoyed his week at Cheryl’s house ! He got love and attention, she sent me pictures and I felt Zero guilt about taking me time!!! I will definitely use her services again !

Was very happy with my first time experience using Rover. Luke made me feel very comfortable and I was able to leave with no worries!! Casey does not do well at the big kennels and this was perfect for her. Thank you Luke and family!

Brittney and Adam did an amazing job caring for our pup. They accepted a last minute booking, sent multiple pics and updates every day and sent him home worn out from playing so hard. Will definitely book again!

Trista was great with my 2 dogs. It was my first time leaving them so I was super nervous but she kept me updated and sent lots of pictures. I will definitely be using her again.

Great people and Magen was very accommodating. My pups were of course happy to see me when we arrived but I can tell they had a good time. Didn’t seem stressed or out of the ordinary. Received some treats also.

Regan is my go to person for keeping Daisy if I'm out of town. Daisy is always excited about going to Regan's house and getting pictures throughout the days I'm gone let's me know she's being well taken care of. I highly recommend Regan!

Brittany and family took great care of our Lab. She gave us pictures during the stay do we knew our pet was happy. Definitely plan to continue for Brittany to help us

First of all I want to say thank you to Gina for taking care of Teddy. Second of all Gina is very communicative. I received pictures and videos on a very regular basis and today look very happy in all of it. Even when I walked up to Gina's door to pick him up he was extremely happy. He gained a lot of weight which is a good thing which makes me happy. I would definitely rock with Gina again and use her next time when I need to go out of town.

Melanie and Sam were excellent hosts. They were very professional during the Meet and Greet and I immediately know I could trust them with our dogs. They sent regular photos and were good communicators. Our dogs seemed comfortable and happy staying with them and I would happily use their services again.

Matthew is so great with our dog Kaiya, she had to be taken to the vet twice on our week long vacation and he did that and gave her the medication she needed. We are forever grateful!
