This was our first time using Rover or a house/dog sitter and Jen did amazing from start to finish!! She was an excellent communicator, setting up the meet and greet and answering lots of questions - and she sent picture and videos while we were gone which was so awesome! It made our vacation so much easier and have peace of mind and the dogs just loved her right away. 100% would recommend and use again.
