Rebecca was amazing! As a newbie, she made it easy for me by asking me questions about Luna so she could ascertain her needs and how they could accommodate them. She reviewed with me what I might need to bring and assured me that she would stay in contact while we were away. She sent several messages with pictures showing Luna playing with her new friends.
