Donai was exceptional! I knew when she came to meet Alice and Hank and she got on the floor to meet them, and asked for some treats to win them over, that she had already won over my approval. She gave me daily updates and daily pictures. It made me so happy on my trip to both see them, and also see that they were being well cared for and loved. Would definitely book Donai again!!

Julia is amazing!! She provided exceptional care for our 18 year old kitty while we were away 16 days!! Updates were timely and reassuring with pictures and notes. Missy was wonderful! This was my first Rover experience and I was very nervous with my cats needing medication twice daily but Missy was on time and great with communicating. I really appreciated the cute pictures she sent with each visit and I would definitely schedule with her again!

Alan was excellent with my cat's and provided great communication! Rory is usually very shy and won't come out for anybody but he was able to coax him out and give him some pets! 🥰
