Eleanor is so communicative and great with Lucy, who can be timid with people aside from my partner and I! I really appreciate her visits and would recommend her to anyone!

She was so professional and accommodating! We requested the day before for her to check in on our pups on Christmas Eve. She happily came that day to meet them! Grace went beyond the expected when we had a tornado warning while our kitty was in her care. She just happened to go by the house to feed him and the sirens starting going off. Instead of leaving the house and going home, she took our cat to the basement and sat out the storm until it passed. Wow! I was so impressed with her dedication and level-headed response to a potential crisis! All I can say is, "Thank you!"

Emily was so lovely with us and our animals! She helped me walk through how to use Rover, was excellent on our meet & greet making sure she asked all the questions about the info I hadn’t provided and took great care of our pup and cat! On top of that she was very personable, easy and fun to chat with but still professional all the way! Highly recommend!
