This was my second time booking with Lauran, and once again she was absolutely wonderful! Having someone I can trust with my two cats gives me so much peace of mind while we're away. She kept me updated with photos and messages, made sure my cats were well cared for, and even managed to earn the trust of my very shy cat, which says a lot! It's clear she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after and goes above and beyond to make sure they're comfortable. Mary went above and beyond! She took such great care of my babies while I was away and kept me constantly updated throughout. I felt completely at ease knowing they were in excellent hands. Tabitha is wonderful. My kitty is very much a 2 person (my husband and me), kitty, but every time Tabitha is sitting she wins her over. Always goes the extra mile to make sure Millie is happy and healthy.

Julia is amazing!! She provided exceptional care for our 18 year old kitty while we were away 16 days!! Updates were timely and reassuring with pictures and notes.
