Taylor is fantastic! She follows through with our personal requests and frequently goes above and beyond. She’s also helped us out in a pinch when flight delays have forced another visit. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a sitter!

This is my first time using Rover or having a pet sitter outside family/friends watch my cats. I was a little nervous leaving them with someone new, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was my second time booking with Lauran, and once again she was absolutely wonderful! Having someone I can trust with my two cats gives me so much peace of mind while we're away. Janet was great with my three cats while I was on vacation for 5 days. Aside from basic feeding and cleaning the boxes, she took time to hang out with the kitties and play with them during her visit. She’s very responsive and left detailed notes each time she checked on the cats. Janet also took a bunch of cute pictures for every visit. Literally the best, Annie took on my drop in last minute and my normally shy cat loved her!🫶🏼 Feel so blessed to have found her wasn’t able to meet her and she was so trustworthy and my stress levels went all the way down. the videos and pics put me at so much ease. will definitely book again and tell my mom about it her. Julia is amazing!! She provided exceptional care for our 18 year old kitty while we were away 16 days!! Updates were timely and reassuring with pictures and notes. It was such a relief knowing Anne was visiting my kitties everyday I was away. She always tried to engage them even when they were shy. She would pet and encourage them to eat. I appreciate her!

Jian looked after my cats for two weeks when I was on vacation. She did absolutely amazing job and my cats loved her so much. She communicated very promptly, super gentle to my babies and maintained everything exactly as I expected. She also sent me pictures and videos every visits. Highly recommended.
