Lauran took such good care of our dog while we were out of town. I was nervous using Rover for the first time and I immediately knew our dog was going to be in good hands with her. Sam cared for our cat Pookie while my wife and I were on vacation. She shared comprehensive updates every day to show that food, water, and litter were taken care of. Our primary concern while away was that Pookie would be lonely. Sam went above and beyond making sure that Pookie was played with and loved on. The hardest part of going on vacation is having to leave Pookie at home, but Sam’s attentiveness and dedication allowed us to have the peace of mind that Pookie was well cared for while we were away!

Second time requesting Bayley and she was great to no surprise. She even managed to go out the way to pick up some sardines for my dog that I forgot to purchase before departing. I will be requesting her again.
