House Sitting in Shakertown

This was our second time booking with Sandra and she goes above and beyond to meet any pets needs. She send plenty of pictures and communicates very well. She is overall very pleasant and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable sitter.

Dyanne was great! We had a wedding in her area and she came to our room at Shaker Village. Hazel was out of sorts from traveling, and Dyanne was able to calm her down quickly so we could enjoy the wedding without concern. I highly recommend Dyanne if you need a sitter in the Harrodsburg/Lexington area.

Tayler was wonderful—really responsive and communicative. She was so good with my dog and clearly loves animals. I felt great about leaving Rosco with her, and I'll definitely call on her for dog-sitting again!

We had such a wonderful experience with Hannah! She stayed at our home for a full week and took amazing care of our dogs (who are definitely a handful). From the very beginning, her communication was outstanding. She kept us updated on everything going on and sent frequent photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Not only did she handle our dogs with patience and care, but she also treated our home with the utmost respect. We came back to a clean, well-kept house and very happy pups. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the animals she watches and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel safe and loved. Casey is an amazing pet sitter! She has watched my pets in my home while I was away. She was easy to work with, the dogs and kitten loved her! She took great care of them and I highly recommend her and will definitely be asking for her again!

I cannot say enough good things about Jimmy. From start to finish, he went above and beyond in every possible way. Before even dog sitting, he took the time to meet my dogs and my cat, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident leaving my pets in his care. While I was away, Jimmy was incredibly communicative and kind. He sent daily photos and updates, which truly put my mind at ease and showed how attentive and loving he was with my pets. It was clear they were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. When I returned home, I was honestly blown away. Not only were my pets perfectly taken care of, but my house was spotless. He cleaned the house, did the dishes, and even made my bed — something I never expected and appreciated more than I can say. Jimmy is trustworthy, thoughtful, and genuinely cares. We will 100% be using him again in the future, and I wouldn’t want anyone else watching my pets besides him. If you’re considering Jimmy as a sitter, don’t hesitate — he is truly one of a kind.

Chelsea cared for our dogs as if they were her own. She walked them, coaxed the stubborn one to go outside to potty despite the rain, and best of all she played with them and loved on them while we were away. She asked great questions before we left and kept us updated with photos and videos. I highly recommend Chelsea. We are already planning to book her for our next trip.

Susan was great! Lots of updates and pictures, lots of good reports about ur doggie. They seemed to get along really well. I felt totally secure with Susan taking care of ur dog and house. I hope she'll become our regular dog sitter.

Booking with Kat was a great experience from start to end. Communication was super prompt, clear, and friendly. She asked thoughtful questions at the initial meet & greet, indicating that she has plenty of experience caring for lots of dogs with different needs and personality types. While I was away, she sent regular, detailed updates. I was able to feel comfortable and confident that Posey was very well cared-for during my trip.
