Dog Boarding in Almedia

We try to keep our dog with us whenever we go anywhere, but sometimes it's simply not possible. We considered using one of the boarding places nearby, and though they're all fairly nice, we found they're very loud. Our dog is getting up there in age and we figured the noise of the boarding kennels would make an already stressful experience more unsettling for her. I met with Stacey to do a meet and greet with her dogs and our dog, Wilma, was immediately comfortable at their place. As well, Wilma's been battling some incontinence issues, and Stacey was willing to take that on. Wilma spent five nights at Stacey's place and though she was happy to see me when I picked her up, I sensed she was quite at ease during her stay. Stacey also took some adorable pictures of Wilma, which were a nice surprise for me to find when I was on my trip. Stacey's pretty close to the airport, which made it convenient and easy to pick Wilma up on my way home. She obviously took good care of Wilma and I'll happily let her stay with Stacey in the future.

This was our very 1st time using a sitter and our puppies 1st time being away from the home. Gail made the transition so smooth. She was very sweet and ensured my fur baby was in great hands. She sent videos and pictures and my wife and I was extremely pleased with the care. I could tell my fur baby enjoyed himself with his new fur friends. We will definitely be using her again! Thank you so much for everything.

Melissa was so great with Tabi! She spent a lot of time playing with her in the backyard, and kept me updated with pictures. Can't wait to have Tabi stay with her again!

Serena took great care of Koda while we were gone for a long weekend. She sent pics and updates to let us know how Koda was doing and was very responsive and flexible. Koda enjoyed her stay!

Lynn did an awesome job with my 2 pups! They were happy and healthy at the end of the weekend and Lynn sent pics and vids every day. We'll be back!

Elizabeth was awesome! Dia is kind of a nervous dog but she made me feel so comfortable leaving Dia with her and sent me lots of updates. Will be using her again!

Michael has been a great partner and his availability in short notice has helped us greatly. Churro is happy when staying with Michael. I can see there is a genuine bond. We are so grateful for Michael 😊

This was our second time working with Brittany and it was just as great as the first time. She sends updates and is very responsive. Our dog always feels taken care of when she’s there.

​After a past nightmare experience with a daycare left my dog with vocal cord damage, I was terrified to leave him with anyone for Labor Day weekend. Booking Dez on Rover was the best decision I could have made! She picked him up from my hotel, put my mind at ease by sharing her address, and sent video updates almost instantly every time I checked in. ​When she dropped him off, he bounced out of the car happy, healthy, and tail wagging. Dez took incredible care of him, and she is officially my go-to sitter anytime I visit New Orleans!

Crystal was absolutely amazing with my spoiled baby, Cody. She took such great care of him, and I will definitely be booking with her again. She also kept me updated with messages and pictures, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Ashley helped us out big time in a last minute pinch! She made sure our pup’s every need was met and included lots of fun activities. We received adorable photos of playtime and relaxation that helped us have peace of mind that Clementine was well cared for. Will definitely be rebooking Ashley whenever we can!
