Anyu made our first ever experience with Rover an A+. She was very responsive & let us know our Bear was in good hands. Plenty of pics & even a special chew toy for us to keep. We booked her multiple nights while we were visiting Shreveport and she was very accommodating as our schedule shifting a bit each night. We felt like we & our dog had a great new friend at the end of our stay. Thank you Anyu!

Jamie was the best!! This was our first time having someone come take care of our dogs due to last minute arrangements. Gave me soo many updates on my dogs and loved on them!! With short notice as well. Gave me such a peace of mind! 10/10!

We appreciate Madeline taking our booking at the last minute before a holiday weekend! She provided thorough notes and updates and lots of pictures for each visit. She also spent time playing with and petting our dogs and cats in addition to feeding them and letting the dogs in and out. Madeline went above and beyond on every visit, even trying to find our shy cats that hide & scooping the cat litter on her last visit (we hadn’t asked for that but we appreciated it)! We will definitely ask her to sit for us again.

This was my first time using Rover and I have to say it did not disappoint. I was hesitant and kind of worried about leaving my cat alone for the first time. But Erika was amazing! She was attentive, caring, thoughtful and great about communicating, she even bought my cat food and litter when it ran out.

Annelise was exceptional. My dog, Sandy, had a wonderful time with her. I felt bad having to leave town for a few days, leaving my dog behind, but the daily photos Annelise took were adorable and gave me great piece of mind, knowing she was being taken well care of, Thank you!

Kathryn is so great with our two senior ladies (pups). Thanks for all you do, Kathryn! I always appreciate the photos and updates.

Emily made sure to check in on our kitties even when the roads were iced over. We can't thank her enough for her commitment to our kitties well being!

Brooke was so willing to help me out with my pups on short notice! She went to the house to meet them before her visit and sent me photos during her visit :) they loved her - I can tell by their sweet faces! Highly recommend ?

I knew that Fernando was a dog lover because of the information he shared with me about his dogs when we met. I had a good feeling about the care my dogs would receive under his care. I was right! My dogs, Cody, Bella and Pepper were well taken care of. Pepper is not fully house trained and I was worried that it would be a problem. But Fernando put my mind at ease and was willing to clean up after Pepper. All three dogs were in good spirits because they had been well taken care of. I would definitely hire him to pet sit for me again.

Ava was super communicative & ready to help us during a last minute trip - she gave our cat her meds at the right times and sent detailed updates!

Michelle is so amazing and accommodating. I needed a last minute drop in visit with less than 24 hours notice and while they had plans she still fit us in! Thank you sooooo much!
