Very good with pre-communication, very good updates, pleasant personality. We had a negative experience with a prior house/dog sitter and so were concerned that our dog's would not be engaged and watched adequately. Wish our 1st experience had been like this one! Chuck did a fantastic job house sitting for us and watching our puppy Copper while we were away. We were nervous to leave him for the first time, but Chuck was very reassuring and sent us lots of pictures throughout the stay and it made us feel so much more comfortable to know he was doing okay and was in capable hands! We will definitely be asking Chuck to watch Copper again!

Elizabeth took such great care of our babies! She pet sat our puppy and cat while we were out of the country and we were able to enjoy the trip knowing she was here with them. She sent regular updates and pictures which helped with how much we missed them! We will definitely be using her again because we know our pets are in loving hands with her!
