Very good with pre-communication, very good updates, pleasant personality. We had a negative experience with a prior house/dog sitter and so were concerned that our dog's would not be engaged and watched adequately. Wish our 1st experience had been like this one! Grady was amazing! This was our first time letting anyone watch our dogs other than family.
