Dog Boarding in Springfield

I reached out to Ariana when our normal sitter was out of the country. She was super responsive and more than willing to do a Meet and Greet since we would be boarding our new rescue as well for the week. To our surprise she was super close to us which is always a plus! Our pups took to her and Mason right away and she was more than happy to answer any questions we had. She is super accommodating and offered to keep up with the pups cooked food toppers if we wanted. She was available for quick updates throughout the stay and I felt confident that our pups were being taken care of. On pickup they were happy, clean and tired (we all know tired pups are happy pups..lol). We were so grateful that she was able and willing to take on a longer stay especially with our newer pup . Kristin was absolutely wonderful with my cat. I have never seen him get along with dogs, but he had no problem with her two! She even bathed him, something I’ve never tried. She gave him his insulin injections and said he ate well. She had nothing but good to say about his stay. She was very easy to work with, and was flexible with both arrival and pick up times. She continued to reassure me that Tank was well taken care of, and to enjoy my trip! I would definitely use her again, and would recommend her to anyone needing a caregiver for their pet!

Left our elderly pup Macey with Aja for 8 days and she was very well taken care of! Aja provided daily updates on Macey’s well-being and let us know how she was getting along. We felt very confident that she was being loved and cared for the whole time we were gone. We will definitely use Aja again in the future!

Miss Viola cared for my Kash while I traveled. I am grateful to have found her and we will be back when needed. My fur baby is a rehome for my family and can be territorial at times. Miss Voila sweet kindness knew just how to handle Kash! She’s Awesome!

Cassius had a great time staying with Courtney and her husband! She sent updates with pictures every day which let us feel at ease being away from him!

Kirsten is undoubtedly the best person I have chosen to take care of Luna. He took care of my pet like a daughter and made me very calm. I am a repeat customer and I think my dog now thinks of this as another home, he’s always excited when I pack his bag to go stay and has no hesitation to jump up in the car. Tracy was an exceptional host for my dog, Blue. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed him with open arms and made him feel like part of the family. Blue settled in quickly, enjoying full access to the house, playtime and snuggles with her kids, and plenty of outdoor time in a secure, fenced yard. Tracy was attentive to all his needs, and even though Blue is a bit anxious when apart from me, Tracy sent frequent updates and pictures, showing him happily bonding with her dog, Bella. She was always responsive and flexible with my requests. I highly recommend Tracy’s boarding services for a truly top-notch experience, and I’ll definitely be booking again!

I give Jena a 5 star. We left our dog and cat with her for a week while we went on vacation. I felt comfortable with talking with her as well as dropping them off. She has a very relaxed and comforting personality while also being very organized. Her home was very organized, clean and relaxing. She worked with us to take care of their needs and gave updates all throughout the week. It was great to be able to go on vacation and not worry about our babies.

10/10 recommend Jennifer. This was our first time using rover and booking with a dog sitter for our doodle that wasn’t a family member. She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Her home is set up comfortable for our dog to roam around, doggy door to go potty, fenced in yard, and lounge on the couch, which he loves. She is attentive to the dogs and made sure he was comfortable and settled in. Sent us daily updates along with some pictures and videos.

Very good with my pet

Lisa did a great job taking care of our Mia while we were out of town. We felt completely comfortable leaving her in her care and we know she had so much fun playing in her awesome yard. Lisa sent daily updates and photos to us and is very responsive. We would definitely use Lisa again and recommend her to anyone who needs someone to take care of their pet.

Emily was great with all 3 of our labs. Will definitely be recommending her to friends and family!
