Ariana made my first experience of using Rover so amazing. Not only is it my first time using the platform, but it was also my first time letting my new puppy baby leave my presence. She provided pictures, updates, and stories consistently. Her regular updates helped me ease my anxiety about him not being with me and helped me understand his areas of opportunity when it comes to training. She was super patient, hilarious, communicative, and easy to connect with. Ariana went above and beyond to make sure that me and Mazi were comfortable during this time. I received multiple updates on my three Pomeranians daily. Sasha, Sage, and Sevyn were walked daily. They had a blast and upon arrived seemed to not want to leave.

im so thankful Katelyn was available for the time i needed her ... she was very laidback and courteous didnt try to over sell me ...and very convenient ,lmao she didnt complain either (because i know my dog is very needy and anxious) she is literally minutes away from my house , i would definitely book with here again ...
