Dog Boarding in Agawam

We have been looking for a boarding solution for a long time since we travel a lot and often have long work events. We've tried a number of other solutions in the area and our dog would come back every time sick and looking miserable. Finding Heather has been such a blessing! She is always available and very flexible with pick up/drop off. Our dog is happy to go there and comes back happy and tired from all the play! She sends updates and photos and it's great to see that Lily is having a great time while we are away. Very different experience from all the other boarding places we tried in the area. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a go to sitter in the area!

Aishea was great at taking care of Malthus. I received pictures of him during my trip and I saw him so comfortable with her when I came back that it looked like he did not want to leave. I would definitely leave my little dog again with her.

This was our first time leaving our 6 month old puppy and leaving him at a kennel just didn’t feel right. They require a meet and greet with the dog before booking which I loved. It gave us the opportunity to learn how they go about dog boarding and for our pup to get acquainted with them and the other dogs staying with them. We were updated with pictures daily while we were away and it seemed like Carson felt right at home. They had a fenced in yard for lots of play time and even allowed him to lay on the couch for morning snuggle time :) My only concern while away was that my puppy wouldn’t want to leave them when we got back! Will definitely book with them again in the future.

Allison watched my two retrievers overnight for me she sent me updates and kept me updated with pictures. They had such a good time at her house.

Sandra did a great job of caring for our dog and communicating with us throughout his stay. She went out of her way to make sure our dog was comfortable. We highly recommend Sandra!

Mary took really good care of my husky while I went away for a few days. She graciously offered to drop her off when I returned because I was very sick. She sent me daily updates that included pictures and videos. I was truly able to enjoy my time away because I truly felt Laika was in good hands.

This was my first time me leaving my dog for several days for a vacation. Novelette was great with my dog. She kept me posted daily with photos and videos and activities done with my dog. My dog was comfortable and was able to meet other dogs and blend in well. All I can say is that Novelette is a sweet caring person who truly cares for the pets she takes care of. I had my mind at peace and was happy with her taking care of my pet.

Rebecca was AMAZING! My dog had a wonderful time with her and her family and she sent me updates and pictures with how my dog was doing. Will definitely be using her services again whenever I’m in the area.

I just can’t say enough good things about Russ and Janet! They were wonderful with Harlow. Especially Because she was home sick for the first few days but then she fit right in! I’ll be using them again! If they’ll have Harlow again! Wonderful wonderful experience all around. I had used a kennel last year and there is just no comparison! She’s happy and was treated just like Russ and Janet’s two dogs! Just like family! And that’s all anyone could ask for. Our dogs are our fur babies every day of the year. So it’s nice to see people who look after them as well as you would! And go above and beyond! Thank you both sooooooo much! We all appreciate it! Harlow too!

Alyssa is wonderful! Sunny is always so excited to spend time with her and Rocky. She treats Sunny as one of her own and always goes above and beyond to accommodate!!!! We are grateful!!!

Mr Bear had a great time with Keith and Ashley! They were communicative throughout the entire process and treated our pup like one of their own. Bear has been snoring HARD since getting home, which means he had fun! Will totally use them again in our future. Thank you !!!

Shanagay is an awesome host! This was a really great experience for me because the communication was fast and responsive and the booking was on short notice. She really cared whether there were any special instructions etc. Most importantly my dog was genuinely happy going and returning. Look forward to booking another stay with this trustful and responsible sitter.

Orion loves to spend time with Vassu and her family! As we come up to her house, he runs to the door. I couldn't be more pleased with his care and the communication we get from Vassu.

We left our little Biscuit to Brittany’s care for almost a week. We got pictures and updates on a daily basis. Biscuit was made to play outside and with other dogs. We love it! Highly recommend and will surely rebook!
