Dog Boarding in Agawam

We have been looking for a boarding solution for a long time since we travel a lot and often have long work events. We've tried a number of other solutions in the area and our dog would come back every time sick and looking miserable. Finding Heather has been such a blessing! She is always available and very flexible with pick up/drop off. Our dog is happy to go there and comes back happy and tired from all the play! She sends updates and photos and it's great to see that Lily is having a great time while we are away. Very different experience from all the other boarding places we tried in the area. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a go to sitter in the area!

We were very happy with how Caitlin and her family cared for Sophie! Great communication and attention to detail, which really helped our shy girl feel at home. We will definitely seek her services again!

I was a little nervous boarding my dog for the first time, but Morgan was very responsive and addressed all my concerns. She sent lots of pictures and my dog didn’t even want to come home after the weekend! She was absolutely great and would recommend her to all of my friends and family.

This was my first time using Rover and was very nervous leaving Reggie. He seems to have had a great time and we've already booked our second stay. Glorymar and her daughter were fabulous....definitely recommend

I just can’t say enough good things about Russ and Janet! They were wonderful with Harlow. Especially Because she was home sick for the first few days but then she fit right in! I’ll be using them again! If they’ll have Harlow again! Wonderful wonderful experience all around. I had used a kennel last year and there is just no comparison! She’s happy and was treated just like Russ and Janet’s two dogs! Just like family! And that’s all anyone could ask for. Our dogs are our fur babies every day of the year. So it’s nice to see people who look after them as well as you would! And go above and beyond! Thank you both sooooooo much! We all appreciate it! Harlow too!

Lissette was great watching my 3m old puppy. She kept us informed with everything our puppy was doing and he was very happy when we picked him up!

Amy was amazing. This was our first time leaving our Sam with a sitter so we were apprehensive. We first had a meet and greet which put us at ease. Our Sam was treated like a member of her family. We received updates daily and pics throughout the day. Sam made herself at home in their home and she was cared for like a member of their furry family. We are so fortunate to have found Amy and this home and now are grateful to have a go to.

We recently had Sandra C and her husband watch our dog Whiskey while we were on vacation. She sent many pictures and videos of Whiskey playing and enjoying himself. He went on walks and bonded with them. We recommend Sandra and her husband as sitters for anyone who loves their pets.

Did such a great job with my baby, kept me updated throughout her stay. I will be rebooking again with confidence that my girl is well taken care of.

Novelette took such good care of our Peanut. She understood Peanut’s personality right away and kept us updated with her quirky behaviors throughout her stay. We really appreciated all the updates and the pictures. We found Novelette because she is near a friend’s home who is out-of-state, but we hope we find another opportunity to have her take care of Peanut again!

Chris is such a great dogsitter. We could not be more satisfied for leaving our doggy with her. She did everything the best. We will definitly ask for her service in the future again.

Tricia cared for my baby Scout recently. Loved the updates and pics. Scout has some health issues which were handled with excellent care. Ty so much.

Our dog had a great experience with Austin. Well taken care of, provided lots of updates and pictures, felt very comfortable leaving my dog in his care. Would absolutely return and use again.

Alyssa is wonderful! Sunny is always so excited to spend time with her and Rocky. She treats Sunny as one of her own and always goes above and beyond to accommodate!!!! We are grateful!!!
