Zhao was absolutely the best!! I can’t recommend her enough. She went above and beyond in caring for my cat while I was away, which I especially appreciated since my cat was a little “salty” and not as friendly as usual during my absence. Despite this, Zhao followed the detailed instructions I left very thoroughly and did everything she could to make my cat feel comfortable and safe. She was incredibly patient and understanding, and she regularly sent pictures and videos during her visits, which gave me so much peace of mind. I’m so grateful to have found someone like Zhao and will definitely be hiring her again in the future!

Thomas was great with our cats! He took such great care of them for a week and constantly sent detailed updates. Our cats are a little complex (ones elderly and one has food allergies) and Thomas did such an amazing job with making sure they received the correct food and care. It was also during a holiday week when it was extremely busy and Thomas spent so much time giving lots of love to our cats. Again, Thomas was truly amazing and would recommend 1000%!!!

Eleanor was great with my cat as usual and provided lots of photos and a thorough report card for the check in. I felt comfortable knowing she was taking good care of my pet! Thank you!

This was our first time booking Julie for a drop-in visit with our 4-month-old puppy, and it was a great experience. Our girl is very high-energy and currently teething, but Julie handled her wonderfully—giving her plenty of playtime and even taking her for a walk around the neighborhood. Julie arrived right on time and provided detailed updates and photos during the visit, which made us feel much more comfortable leaving our puppy at home. Her communication before the drop-in was also clear and prompt, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely be booking Julie again!
