Leo is the absolute best! We had an amazing experience overall, with Leo’s proactive updates, attention to detail, and incredible amounts of love for our cat Kai making travel so much easier :) My husband and I cannot recommend Leo highly enough!

Sara took amazing care of the guinea pigs and even took them out for cuddles. It was very nice that she came for a meet and greet before our trip. I hope to have her care for the pigs again!

Polina was great! She was very communicative, responsive, and did everything we asked for. She did a great job making sure our kitties were cared for over a long holiday!

Zhao was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond in every way. She spent real time interacting with our cat, Clyde—brushing him, playing with him, and making sure he felt comfortable and cared for. She kept us well updated with messages, photos, and videos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. She also cleaned the litter, brought in our newspapers, and left everything immaculate. We came home to a very happy, calm Clyde, which says it all. We couldn’t recommend Zhao more highly! We will definitely hire her again!
