Hazel was very communicative and also patient with one of our cats who is very sensitive. Hazel is very understanding of cats and their quirks. One of my cats needs oral liquid medication, Hazel did not have any problems with giving the medication to her. We felt very relieved having Hazel check in on our cats!

Stephenanie was wonderful with Pepper! Despite his timid and nervous nature, she went above and beyond to earn his trust. She asked thoughtful questions, kept me updated, and sent adorable pictures. I highly recommend her!
