From day one, he went above and beyond—always on time, super communicative, and genuinely invested in making sure Cleo was happy and comfortable. He sent detailed updates after every visit, along with the sweetest photos and videos (including Cleo’s purrs!). It was so clear that he really paid attention to her mood, eating, and habits, and that he truly cared about her well-being. He even noticed little things like adjusting the windows or temperature depending on the weather, refilled her feeder and litter proactively, and made thoughtful suggestions to keep everything running smoothly while I was away. Cleo clearly adored him—she looked so relaxed and content in every update. Knowing she was in such caring hands gave me complete peace of mind throughout my trip. Thomas didn’t just meet expectations; he exceeded them in every way. I feel really lucky to have found such a kind, trustworthy sitter. I’d recommend him to anyone without hesitation and will definitely ask for his help again the next time I travel.

Catherine has been remarkable and such a blessing for our family. If we need another sitter again we will definitely be turning to Catherine again and again. Our girl is a busy one who lived outside for many years, and so requires a lot of attention, and Catherine was just perfect.

Lauren was amazing with my baby birds and cats!! I was so incredibly nervous to have someone watch over my baby parakeets while I was gone for a few days, and Lauren made me feel great about leaving them under her care. She did everything I asked of her, and sent me lovely photos and texts. Highly recommend Lauren for any pet care needs you may have--I'll definitely be hiring her again if I need another pet sitter!!
