Novelette was amazing! We are very nervous dog parents because we’ve never left Niko with someone who wasn’t a family member. But she immediately made us feel at ease. She sent lots of photos and texts to make sure we knew he was well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Novelette to anyone looking for someone to care for their furry (or not so furry in Nikos case) baby. ☺️❤️
Karen was absolutely amazing! She responded quickly, took exceptional care of my baby boy, and made the entire experience stress-free from start to finish. It was clear he had a wonderful time—he got to socialize with other pups, was happy and comfortable, and truly enjoyed his stay. Amber is the best, she spends real time with my pup. Amber always communicates with me. She makes Red feel like a real partner in her family. I wouldn't want anyone but her to watch Red.
