House Sitting in Ashfield

Abigail was an amazing dog sitter! We got so many photos and detailed updates that were fun to see. She was attentive to our dogs’ needs and adapted to meet them where they were at, we were able to rest assured they were happy and calm while we were away!

Janet did a GREAT job caring for our girl, tons of walks amd company even with a 2ft snow blizzard during her stay. Kept the house amd took care of everything that came up too! Totally recommended!!

We love Lori! Lori had her hands full and still went above and beyond (including but not limited to saving a mouse from my murderous cat). She kept great contact and everything was as we left it. It was our first time booking with her and definitely will again if she’ll have us!

If there were 10 stars to leave that wouldn’t be enough! Carol watched or 2 bassets and cat and did an amazing job. From the moment we met her we were very comfortable having her watch our home and pets. She sent regular updates and messages during her stay. She did have to return to the house after our trip for a short visit and our animals were overjoyed to see her. Seeing this and Carols interaction with our pets and the affection they showed to her was priceless. Our pets can’t wait for us to go away again so Carol can come back to watch them again.

My husband and I had to travel; my older cat had just been diagnosed with diabetes; and my regular pet/house-sitter was unavailable. So instead of panicking (though I was close), I turned to Rover.com and found wonderful Bree! I wanted someone who was comfortable giving daily insulin injections to a suspicious "patient." Bree not only handled this task expertly, but she also pointed out an irregularity in the insulin dosage ... an error or either my vet's part or my own (probably the latter). It was a great catch! Bree bonded quickly with both kitties (even the highly suspicious one); she sent me regular updates and photos without my asking; and I returned to an immaculate house. I will happily ask Bree to stay here again.

I'm glad we had the chance to have Jaclyn stay in our home with our Daisy dog while we were away for a few days! On our meet and greet visits, it was clear that Jaclyn was responsible and responsive. Daisy seemed very comfortable with her. We enjoyed the updates and photos Jaclyn sent and it was clear that she enjoyed her time with Daisy. She took good care of our home, too! Will seek her out again!

Emily provided frequent text and photo upload updates and left the house immaculate. Definitely a rave!

I would love for Trista to take care of my girl anytime. She was amazing with communication and sent me lots of updates and photos of my girl. It made my holidays less stressful. Thank you so much

I left Leona in charge of Romeo and my apartment while in Boston for major surgery. Leona was very responsible and took just as good of care of Romeo as well as my plants and living space as I would have. She provided peace of mind which I’m grateful for. Romeo looks forward to seeing her again!

Alexis is wonderful. She’s so good I wanted to keep her. Seumas is no longer with us, but Alexis cared for Reny like she was her own dog and Reny loved her. Alexis went over and above what anyone else might do, spending time grooming Reny after walks, as it is the height of tick season.

Annika did a housesitting visit for our 11-year-old Boston and six month old puppy. Annaka went above and beyond when there were some unexpected circumstances with the puppy. She handled everything very well and followed our directions perfectly about everything. Annika is a great sitter, and I would hire her for any of my pet care needs!

Betsy is a fabulous dog and house sitter. She cared for my dog at my home for 5 nights and I felt secure leaving Luna with her. She is a responsible and reliable caretaker. She asked thoughtful questions before I left and also clearly loves dogs. I would highly recommend her!

Julie was such a calm presence for my pups. She took the time to get my nervous boy Bubba to trust her and by the end of her visit he obviously adored her. He was very spoiled and I am OK with that! Nala wanted to make sure Julie returned; as I found a stolen sock hidden away in her bed! Nala doesn't steal clothes unless she is very comfortable with someone. Julie even took the extra time to care for my little hedgehog, for which I'm very thankful as it was one less thing to worry about while I was away. I almost can't wait to go on a trip again, just so the pups can visit with Julie soon.

Brandy was great and I would absolutely book her for dog sitting again. She is very communicative and prompt. She got along well with my dog and he was normal, happy, & not stressed when I returned, even though this was a totally new experience for him. She send me lots of pictures and updates which was so appreciated! And my home was clean and tidy when I returned. Thank you, Brandy!
