We had a great experience! They took excellent care of our dog and made us feel completely at ease. Super welcoming and accommodating from the start, with a great fenced backyard for safe playtime. Communication was fantastic—we got regular updates and photos, which we really appreciated. Would absolutely book again

We are so happy to have found Roxanne to watch our pup, Olive, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing Rover sitter! Roxanne was great with communication throughout Olive's stay and she sent us photos and updates from each day, reminding us of how cared for Olive was while we were away. Roxanne set up a meet-and-greet with us before the stay and she was very flexible with scheduling. She has a beautiful and welcoming home for her furry guests and took the time to walk us through the space and how she cares for the needs of each dog she watches. Olive was so loved and comforted during her stay. She went on great hikes to get her energy out, had cozy spaces to cuddle up and snooze, and it seemed like an effortless adjustment during her stay. We definitely will be reaching out to Roxanne again for future overnights when we are away, we trust her so much with our girl. Thank you again, Roxanne!

Shelby was wonderful. She sent photos of my cat every day and kept me updated with her day today well-being. We’re so grateful to have found her and would use her again if needed.

Olive really enjoyed her time with Stefanie. We received many great pictures and Olive is exhausted.

We left our new(ish) rescue with Stephen and Cecilia, we were anxious as this was our first time away as well as using Rover. We couldn’t be more pleased. We received regular updates and pictures of our fur baby and when we picked him up he was clearly loved and happy. We are so grateful and definitely recommend them!

We could not be happier with the care Tucker received. He came home with a pep in his step, looking happy, healthy, and truly as though he had enjoyed his own mini vacation while we were away. Whitney’s communication was excellent, consistent, thoughtful, and very reassuring. It gave us such peace of mind knowing Tucker was in good hands. The care and attention he received from both Whitney and David were evident in how relaxed and well-adjusted he was when he returned home. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found them and are so grateful that they open their home to care for dogs. They are both genuinely kind and lovely people, and we absolutely look forward to using them for Tucker in the future.

Jenn was wonderful! She did a great job communicating and keeping me updated with pics of Cocoa. She was also super flexible and accommodating in booking last minute. I highly recommend Jenn and would definitely book with her again!

This is our second experience with Anna and our dog was loved and cared for while we were gone! Anna is very communicative and sent pictures every day. I will definitely book with her again in the future and would recommend her for your pups!

I can't say enough good things about Helen and her car for our senior Dog, Maddie. Helen was very helpful and we are so lucky to have found her to watch Maddie. Graciela took great care of our pup! Our dog is older and has some medication needs, and these were taken care of throughout the stay. She was great at communicating and sent lots of picture updates!

Romeo had the best stay with Grigorii and his dog Terra! He explored parks, went on tons of walks, and even practiced some new tricks. Romeo was in a depression when he came home to return to reality after such a fun couple days. We’ve booked Grigorii for dogsitting twice and would recommend him to anyone!

Barry was wonderful! He was communicative and accommodating. He made our anxious girl feel right at home!

Stuck in a last minute bind without a pet sitter for an entire week, Alyson came to the rescue. This was our first time leaving our nearly 10 month old Golden and knowing how crazy she can be, we were so appreciative of Alyson for taking such good care of her. We got tons of photos and updates every day that really put our minds at ease-our girl looked SO happy to be there! Alyson always answered right away, and was an absolute angel, especially when our dog unexpectedly ended up going into heat for the first time. Alyson was great about it and even went to buy her a new bone and some diapers to get her through the week! I would absolutely book with her again and was extremely satisfied with her service! They were a wonderful family to watch our boy Romeo. They made him feel at home and he had an absolute blast playing with the kids. Definitely a home away from home!

TIANYUE was great, she took such good care of Coco and sent pictures and videos! Coco is a senior dog who gets anxious being away from us but settled in with TIANYUE and had a nice stay. We are happy that we found someone caring to watch and take care of Coco when we go away!

I am a returning client of Casey's and will be forever if she'd let me. We absolutely trust Casey with our two dogs who are very different in personality and demeanor. She is adapt at meeting each of our dogs' needs and most importantly she truly loves them for who they are and the dogs can tell! The entire process -- from scheduling, drop off, check-ins, and pick up -- is easy because Casey is communicative and transparent. Oh, and she takes AWESOME photos of the dogs.
