Excellent experience with Brian! He took his time to ensure Ellie got the attention, love and care she needs. He also allowed time for her to get out her "zoomies". And he actually spent longer than the paid time with her playing and walking her. Overall, I would absolutely work with Brian again. 10/10

Jill was great! She was prompt and professional, and she handled our dog Sirius's initial anxious reaction to her very calmly and smoothly. She was also willing to go that extra mile to give medicine to our 21-year-old kitty and give Sirius some extra attention--they ended up being good friends! We would love to have her back next time we are out of town.

Jessica was great! I needed someone last minute to watch my dog and she was able to help me. She was attentive and understanding to my senior pup and sent pics and videos that I enjoyed very much. I highly recommend and will be using her again in the future.

I initially met Josephine as I asked her to stand in for another Rover who had to go on a last minute work trip. I ended up liking Josephine even more! My kitties really took to her, even my little shy one. Josephine is prompt, communicative, and goes above and beyond. She even stayed extra to help me with a security system which had low battery and was beeping constantly and stressing out my cats while I was away. It's clear she enjoys what she does and has a real passion for it. I'm glad to have found her!

We had never used any service like this and didn't know what to expect. Melisa was very responsive and professional, went above and beyond. We came home to happy pets!

Justyna did a great job with Duncan! I was apprehensive because Duncan is a senior dog and this was my first time using Rover, but she was great and I’m so glad for her help!

I was nervous about using Rover for the first time, but Lauren eased my mind right away with an initial meet and greet. It was immediately clear how much she loves dogs, and my typically timid dog, Olive, was instantly comfortable and playful around her. I was sold on the spot! During Olive's first check-in, I received tons of photos and videos that showed how much fun she was having. Lauren even let Olive stay outside playing a bit longer just because she was having so much fun. She was also super thoughtful about the weather, making sure Olive didn't track in dirt, saving my white couch from muddy paws (thank you, Lauren). The sweetest surprise was coming home to a kind note and a bag of treats for Olive. Such a wonderful gesture! My experience with Lauren was phenomenal, and l'll definitely be using her again and recommending her to others. I could go on and on about how great she was!! Expectations exceeded!

Paulina did a wonderful job watching my 2 cats while I was away! She was very responsive and helpful. She also was able to respond to my request on a relatively short notice. I definitely recommend using Paulina!
