Karein went above and beyond to care for our two cats while we were away. We received daily photos and updates on how the cats were doing. Karein spent extra time socializing with our scaredy-cats and managed to win them both over! Highly recommend!

Danielle is great! 10/10! It was our first time using Rover, so naturally, we were nervous about hiring through an online service. Our cat is 19 years old and needs medication, and Danielle took such good care of him. She was attentive, punctual, communicative, and professional. Danielle came over the day before we left to get acquainted, meet our kitty, and get a lay of the land. We came home to our little guy just as we left him: Asleep on his favorite chair, full food and water bowls, a clean litter box, and a clean apartment. Everything a cat owner could ask for.

Second time I’ve had Yanira take care of Ruthie and she did a great job! Ruthie can be shy but comes out every time for Yanira. Will happily book her again!

Elizabeth did very well with my cat and kept him great company while we were away!

Annette was punctual and very friendly! Followed instructions and took good care of my boy. Would definitely use again and recommend to others!

Annabelle was wonderful! She took care of our 15-year-old dog with drop-in visits while we were away for a long weekend. Our dog can be nervous with new people, and Annabelle was incredibly patient and caring with her. She reached out to me a few times to ask if there was anything she could do to help make our dog more comfortable with her visits. I gave her a few suggestions, and she made sure to try them. By the end of the weekend, our dog had really started to warm up to her! Annabelle was very thorough with every visit and kept us updated while we were away. I really appreciated that she cared enough to ask questions and make the extra effort to ensure our senior dog was as comfortable and well cared for as possible. We felt very comfortable knowing she was in good hands and would absolutely recommend Annabelle!

Ying is incredibly trustworthy, caring, and attentive to every detail. You can tell she truly loves animals. I highly recommend her! 😻❤️

Our dogs have loved their drop-in visits with Elizabeth and Neil! It was clear they were well taken care off while we were away. They were very flexible and reliable... and they sent tons of photos/videos. I highly recommend them, and I'm very selective when it comes to my pups.
