Kate the great! She’s awesome, communicative, and goes above and beyond to make sure our pets are cared for. I appreciate how she keeps up in the loop, since we worry about our pets when we go away. Guillermo is amazing! We were out on vacations for 2 weeks and arrived home to see our cats happy and healthy. He managed to keep my cat up to date with her diabetes medicine, the house tidy, and my shy cat out of her hiding place, and not mad at us for being away! Thanks Guillermo! You are amazing!

First time using this service, and Danielle exceeded my expectations. She came promptly the weekend before we went away to pick up the keys and get the lay of the land, and each day we were gone we received an update (with photos!), putting our minds at ease while on vacation. Asia was very thoughtful in caring for our dog. She did a meet and greet and was great about communicating with us about his needs and preferences. We were kept updated with plenty of photos and detailed messages. It was much appreciated since he suffers from anxiety. The fact that she was able to get him outdoors and to eat and eliminate speaks volumes about her patience!

Mary was wonderful! She went above and beyond with looking after our cats, and sent a lot of pics and videos and thorough updates. We would highly recommend Mary!

Amy took excellent care of our two kitties for over a month. She used to send us pictures everyday and an update on how they were doing. Both our cats don't get along and Amy was patient with taking care of them. We are very grateful for her help and highly recommend of her as a pet sitter for your furry friend. Last time we were away for a long time, we came to anxious cats but this time under Amy's care both the cats were very content and weren't stressed. Amy was punctual with the timings and made sure to visit at fixed times to feed the cats and give them the play time ☺️ Thank you so much, Amy.

Being my first time on the Rover app, obviously you can get a bit nervous when finding someone to watch your fur children. Meeting Caroline for the first time and seeing the care she had for my pets, put my nerves to ease incredibly quickly. She was incredibly responsive, empathetic, and clearly has a way with pets.
