Guillermo was great with our dog, Totoro! We got lots of updates, photos and videos and Totoro loved walking with him! Will definitely work with Guillermo again in the future!

Danielle is great! 10/10! It was our first time using Rover, so naturally, we were nervous about hiring through an online service. Our cat is 19 years old and needs medication, and Danielle took such good care of him. She was attentive, punctual, communicative, and professional. Danielle came over the day before we left to get acquainted, meet our kitty, and get a lay of the land. We came home to our little guy just as we left him: Asleep on his favorite chair, full food and water bowls, a clean litter box, and a clean apartment. Everything a cat owner could ask for.

Eric was a true professional again. He takes great care with our cats. Stick is an older cat at almost 15 years old and Simon is still a kitten at just over a year. Eric is superb at understanding their different needs. During this trip a kitty camera was dislodged. Eric found the camera under the treadmill and got it working again. I would highly recommend Eric and already have him booked for later in the summer.

I always trust Kate with checking in on my pets. She’s followed any instructions I leave for her and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend Kate!

Tom is great, my first sitter canceled the booking the day of and Tom stepped in last minute and did an amazing job. My cat was very happy and Tom sent great updates throughout the visits.

Karein is great! Our cat Big Guy, does not like people. Over the 2 weeks we were away, she got him to come out of his shell and let her pet him. It was a great experience to know Big Guy was in good hands while we were away. She even got him playing with some toys… and his name is Big Guy for a reason! 😸

Min did a great job! Armadillo (my cat's name, not an actual armadillo) was very happy and healthy when I got home. She played with him and kept him well fed. I'll definitely use her again next time I travel!

This was our first time having Holly for a drop-in visit. She was punctual and spent 30 min walking and tending to our pup. She has been a great communicator since we first reached out to her right through to providing pictures and info about her visit. We look forward to working with Holly again.

Alyssa was great with my two cats during my week away! She took awesome update photos each day with detailed visit notes, giving me great peace of mind. She filled me in on both the good and any concerns that came up. Goose and Pita were thrilled with her care and loved all the attention and play she gave them. Amy has cared for our four cats for two of our family vacations. I can tell the cats like her because they come out of their hiding spots when she visits- she sends cute photos of what they are doing. And she is comfortable with giving pet medication. I highly recommend Amy.
