We had a wonderful experience! He took such great care of our dog, Kotaro, while we were away. He kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear that he genuinely cared about Kotaro, and we came home to a happy and well-cared-for dog. He is kind, reliable, and communicative. Kate has cared for our cats a few times now, and she’s been awesome! Reliable, communicative, kind, and always sends us pictures which really helps. She even goes out of her way to try to find our scaredy cat who hides from people, and brings his food directly to his hiding spot. We will definitely be asking Kate back, it’s nice to know our cats are cared for when we are away!!

Annabelle was wonderful! She took care of our 15-year-old dog with drop-in visits while we were away for a long weekend. Our dog can be nervous with new people, and Annabelle was incredibly patient and caring with her. She reached out to me a few times to ask if there was anything she could do to help make our dog more comfortable with her visits. I gave her a few suggestions, and she made sure to try them. By the end of the weekend, our dog had really started to warm up to her! Annabelle was very thorough with every visit and kept us updated while we were away. I really appreciated that she cared enough to ask questions and make the extra effort to ensure our senior dog was as comfortable and well cared for as possible. We felt very comfortable knowing she was in good hands and would absolutely recommend Annabelle!

Guillermo was great! He is reliable and got along well with my young and very playful cat. I enjoyed the pictures he sent every day. She was in good hands.

Amy did a great job watching our dog. She arrived precisely on time for walks and the walk durations were often longer than the drop-in time. She ensured our dog received good attention, care, and potty breaks...even though doing so meant walking in cold and snow. She was a clearly responsible, patient, and kind sitter and I would have no worries about her watching my dog again. I am very satisfied and my dog is too!

Karein was wonderful with our cat. She even brought some toys to share on her visits, which was VERY exciting for him. I appreciate her communication and photos, and look forward to booking her again.

I would highly recommend Eric as a pet sitter. One of cats began daily oral medicine right before we were to go on vacation. We needed someone right away. Eric was quick to respond right from the beginning. We scheduled a meet and greet. I knew in the first 30 seconds I had made a great choice. The meet and greet was thorough and Eric was very attentive to our cats' needs. Through-out the six days Eric was on time, fantastic with the cats, delivered very detail daily reports and was responsive to my messages. My cats could not have been in better hands. The next time we go away I would 100% rebook with Eric.

We had a wonderful experience with Emily as our Rover sitter! She did a drop-in visit for our two dogs and was incredibly reliable and punctual. Communication with her was effortless. She kept us updated and was quick to respond. Most importantly, both of our dogs absolutely loved her, which says a lot! We felt completely comfortable leaving them in her care and would definitely use her services again. Highly recommend!

It always eases my mind to leave my cat in Danielle’s care. She’s absolutely trustworthy, diligent, and kind. She’s also very pleasant to deal with. Danielle has taken care of my pet several times, and I recommend her to anyone.

This was our first time having Holly for a drop-in visit. She was punctual and spent 30 min walking and tending to our pup. She has been a great communicator since we first reached out to her right through to providing pictures and info about her visit. We look forward to working with Holly again.
