Matt and Alyssa did a great job; cats' area was clean and tidy, the cats were in excellent condition, the updates they sent were very reassuring, and they even braved our long driveway with snow on it. Highly recommend!

100/10, Lucy is incredibly trustworthy and nurturing, it is very clear to me how much she loves and cares for animals. She took care of my 2 kitties while I had to be away for work, I do not have a dog - I just want to be clear about that, because I’ve had no less than 5 other sitters watch my cats, and all of them have struggled. I think people think that cats are “easier”, but as a result they don’t end up getting all of the love and care they need. Anywho, that was not the case here at all, she did everything I asked her to do, even going above and beyond… and she sent me SO many pictures and videos… this was probably my easiest trip away, because I was getting so many updates from Lucy. It was also very clear to me that the kitties were excited to see her, they can be a little skeptical of new people but it was obvious to me that they connected with her. I could not be happier with Lucy, she’s a great sitter and I will hire her again on my future trips!! She’s very communicative as well, even keeping the schedule up to date with her arrival times. Thank you so much Lucy!! Your diligent care for Kelso and Kali brought me so much comfort!!

Sara cared for our two year old Maine Coon every day for over 2 weeks. She was so thoughtful and attentive and easily developed a special relationship with our cat, who has never been left alone before. The daily pictures and reports put our mind at ease. The Rover app was helpful when we were overseas. We could not have gone away without Sara!

Eric was attentive to our cats' individual needs. We apprentice his attention to detail. Additionally, he went above and beyond when a tree fell at our house and helped us by taking photos of the initial incident.

Rachel was awesome helping out in a pinch when my flights got delayed and I needed an extra check in added on to my booking for Gracie and I came home to a happy kitten!

Cam did a great job taking care or our two cats while we were traveling. One of our cats is particularly difficult to deal with and she was able to persevere! We greatly thank her for that!

Zachary kept me up-to-date with photos and check-ins of his visits with Zeus. Knowing when Zachary was with Zeus and seeing pictures of my boy playing, cuddling, and eating was comforting and reassuring. Thank you, Zachary, for taking good care of Zeus!

Ria did a wonderful job looking after our Cats, lots of feedback, pictures and video's so we could be confident they were being looked after.

Eden was great, very responsive and she took great care of my cat. Would definitely recommend her and am sure will be utilizing her services in the future!

Skylar was excellent with our kit kats and left them very happy! She also brought in our package when we were gone

Xiaoxue is always wonderful with the cats! Her pictures are the best and she spends a lot of quality time with them. They even shoveled the porch when it snowed while we were away. Thank you so much!

Chelsea was amazing! My cat loved her immediately from the moment they met and he is usually very shy at first. I had no worries while I was away and I came home to a happy cat. I enthusiastically recommend Chelsea!

Colin went above and beyond for our kitties. Literally sent so many photos and videos. Made sure to repeat back all of the info and gave us great update! 100/10 we love Colin and so did the kitties!
