Dog Boarding in Charlestown

We had a great experience with Victoria. This is our first time boarding Ala, our 1year old dog with her and she was so nice, agreed to video call with us before hand to go over some usuals. She was clear in all the communications and sent us pictures of Ala everyday. She took Ala to dog park and when we picked him up, he was pretty happy and energetic. Had a great experience and will board Ala with her again soon. Thank you.

Emily and Daniel have taken care of my dog Winn before and he's always done well with them. But I recently had a health scare that brought me to the ER while he was in their care and they were incredibly helpful and compassionate about coordinating when I thought I might be hospitalized. I really appreciate how well they treat Winn and they were also supportive and caring when I needed it. Thank you!

John is an incredible dog sitter. Ahead of Luisa's stay, he asked us all the right questions - can she go up/down the stairs, what is the best way to pick her up, etc. That alone was so reassuring to us given that our dog is a senior and dachshunds are prone to back issues. We received frequent updates and photos throughout the week, so we were never left wondering how she was doing. We could tell by the photos that within a day or so she was completely comfortable and up to her usual antics. Having to find a sitter is one of the harder parts of traveling and I am so relieved to have found John. He is intentional about meeting your dog precisely where they are at and takes every step possible to ensure their safety and comfort. We'll be sure to book him again the next time we are out of town.

Like always, Zwany took amazing care of my Hercules!!! She treats him like her own and always makes me feel so safe leaving him. Truly the best!

Rachel sent me great pictures and updates of Rocco. She took him to the park twice a day, every day - needless to say - he came home tired! He clearly had a great time and I'll definitely send him to stay with her again!

Jo and Adam watched both of my dogs for a week. The dogs were well cared for, comfortable and happy and kept active. They went for regular walks and trips to the park. We received daily updates. Communication and care was great throughout their stay.

Elizabeth and Rodrigo were above and beyond taking care of Moose. When our return flight ended up delayed another 5 hours they were easily flexible and able to take him an extra night. We will definitely be reaching back out the next time we need dog sitting support!

Ted was fantastic with my dog while I was traveling. He kept in touch every day and was always quick to respond. It was clear my pup was in good hands the entire time. I’d gladly book with Ted again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter.

Guillermo was fabulous…the best. He was very flexible when our flight was delayed and was able to keep Blue an extra day. He communicated regularly and kept us posted on Blue with lots of pictures. We definitely recommend Guillermo…he is top of the list next time we need someone to watch Blue!

My dog had a wonderful time with Nola and Damian! They sent photos and were responsive when I had questions. I will definitely be requesting their services again!

Todd (and Cara) were perfect sitters! I get really nervous leaving our dog with new people as he can be a bit quirky & extremely routine-oriented, but I immediately felt comfortable with the two of them minutes into our meet and greet. They asked all the right questions, and it was clear that they know how to take amazing care of dogs & know what to ask about to ensure a comfortable stay. It was clear that they cared about keeping Pluto on his usual routine, and I was able to enjoy my trip without worrying about Pluto at all. I truly hope that Pluto gets the chance to stay with them in the future -- thank you SO much!

Pilot had a great weekend with Lynne and the other pups. Thank you Lynne for making the time to meet briefly with us in advance even though we needed help last minute!

Matias did an amazing job with my pup Messi! We met beforehand to make sure everything would work out and make sure Messi would get along with the other dog she’d stay with, and it was great. The entire process was so easy! Matias sent pictures, kept me updated, and Messi looked like she was having a great time! This was Theo’s 2nd stay with Elliot and Jo and everything went well! They make drop off and pick up easy. Theo was comfortable in their home when I dropped him off, and they provided updates during his stay. Thanks again Elliot and Jo!

I can only say the best things about Christina! I booked last minute for an unexpected trip, and she helps me to take care of Lucy my dog very well. I got an updates and pictures of her every day and many times during the day. She was extra care and lovely with my dog. I felt like Lucy feels like she was home with me, as I saw her so comfortable with Chris carings and lovely attentions. Tiffany & Steve took great care of our boy (a miniature schnauzer-poodle mix)! He was able to do an extended meet & greet before staying over, and looked like lots of fun with training, walks, and having other dogs around. Very clear communication beforehand on everything.
