I was so worried about leaving my kitten while I was away but Jessica was absolutely amazing. She took care of my cat like I would, kept communication open, and even brought in a package for me. I couldn't be more happy with how things went!

Adora is so sweet and showed she really cared about my girl Lola. She went above and beyond and sent 1-2 pictures every day to keep me updated on her, followed Lola’s routine perfectly (my girl is set in her ways), and even replaced food I said she could have. Thank you again Adora (:

An Amazing Sitter Who Cared for Bacco Like Family I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nathan and the care he provided for my sweet Bacco during my business trip from July 1 through July 6. As someone who travels internationally for work, leaving my beloved cat behind is never easy. But from the moment Nathan first checked in, I felt an incredible sense of peace and reassurance knowing Bacco was in his hands. Every single day, Nathan arrived promptly and tended to Bacco’s every need with such care and attentiveness. He made sure Bacco’s litter box was clean, his food and water were fresh, and his space was tidy. But what meant even more to me was how much love and time Nathan gave to Bacco beyond just the basics. He played with him, kept him company, and clearly took the time to make sure Bacco felt happy and cared for. Even though I was thousands of miles away, Nathan kept me connected through thoughtful updates that gave me such comfort. His messages showed not just what he did, but how much he genuinely cared for Bacco as an individual — noticing his little quirks and sharing moments that made me smile despite being so far away. It truly felt like I was still part of Team Bacco, even from across the world. Knowing Bacco was not just “looked after” but truly cared for in a loving, compassionate way made all the difference for me during my trip. Nathan is an amazing sitter who exceeded all expectations and provided the kind of care you hope for when entrusting someone with your beloved pet. His professionalism, kindness, and connection to Bacco shone through every single day. Thank you, Nathan, for treating Bacco with so much love and making me feel so at ease while I was away. Xinlin did a wonderful job with my cat (and my aquarium). Her demeanor was friendly, her timing was prompt (even though I'm lenient with timing windows), and she exudes her affection for felines. She followed my instructions, got some playtime in, and messaged me about any questions she had rather than act on assumptions like I've had other sitters do. Surprisingly, she took some wonderful photos of my cat in action, something that is hard for even ME to do. I'll definitely using her services again. Thanks Xinlin!

Philip did a wonderful job taking care of my senior cat while I was away. He was always communicative, keeping me updated and making me feel confident that she was in good hands. He made sure she was fed on schedule and that all of her food, water, and litter were kept clean. It was clear that he genuinely cared about her well-being, and I truly appreciated the attention and kindness he showed. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter.

Rachael is the best! My cat is so comfortable with her, and loves her attention. She is super knowledgeable about all things cats as well. A+ as always!

Susan was wonderful, sending lots of photos and leaving detailed report cards. She is extremely nice and my girls took to her right away. I would recommend her and will use her again in the future.
