I cannot recommend Jing highly enough! She has been caring for my dogs, Winnie and Jackson, and has been absolutely wonderful. She is reliable, consistent, and always communicates clearly, which gives me complete peace of mind when I’m away. One of my favorite things about her visits are the photos she sends. The photos she takes are incredible. I have honestly saved so many of them because they are just that good! It is obvious that she genuinely cares about the dogs and takes the time to make sure they are happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Winnie and Jackson are always excited to see her, and I know they are in great hands whenever she stops by. She is dependable, thoughtful, and truly goes above and beyond. If you are looking for someone who is trustworthy, attentive, and genuinely loves animals, I would wholeheartedly recommend Jing.

Gail has always done a great job with my dog Theo. She is timely, enthusiastic, and takes great care of him to ensure his needs are met. Gail plays with his toys with him and organizes fun photoshoots and extras that always make me smile. On one visit she left a little certificate for Theo that we still have on the fridge!

Tessa was amazing. We were away for a longer trip, and she made it really easy to relax knowing our cat was so well taken care of. Her updates meant so much to us, and we are so grateful for her care. Thank you, Tessa!

Ani was our first experience with a pet sitter through the Rover app and we really hit the jackpot! Ani took care of our two dogs over winter break for the week and we could not have been happier. We could tell right away that Ani genuinely cared for our dogs. In addition to their daily meds and feeding routines, Ani went above and beyond with lots of brushing and doggie messages. Ani also helped us bring in mail, holiday packages, and our dry cleaning during her visits. She really went above and beyond in every way. My wife and I joked that our dogs would be disappointed when we came home :) We would recommend her to anyone!

Bert went above and beyond to make sure my cat Luna is loved, and comfortable. He was very communicative during his visit and shared with me lots of videos and photos. He even stayed more than the required time which showed his genuine love and care for animals. It’s such a relief to find someone so trustworthy, attentive, and kind. I highly recommend Bert to anyone who wants peace of mind while they’re away — truly top-notch service!

Courtney was wonderful in helping us out with a very short notice drop-in for our dog. We had an initial meet-and-greet where Courtney met our dog, after which, she showed up for the feeding and insulin injection the next day. Everything went very well and Courtney was very responsive to any communication and sent lots of pictures. Look forward to having her drop-in on Pearl again in the future.

Our Crumbs absolutely loved when Lucas would come to watch him during the day. He was so attentive, loving and kind to our pup and really made sure he was taken care of. We would trust him to watch Crumbs anytime! Thank you Lucas!
