Heather has been great with our pups, they were happy and tired when we got home, as all pups should be! It’s clear she really truly loves what she does, she is the perfect pet sitter.

I was so glad to find Shae to visit my four cats when I was away for a few days. She came to meet them ahead of time, asked good questions and was responsive throughout my time away. I appreciated that she has cats of her own b/c she definitely knows cats, and I felt better knowing someone who loved cats would be visiting them. When I had to unexpectedly extend my stay for a few days, she kindly agreed to keep feeding them, which made everything much easier on my end. I really appreciated her care for my cats, and I would absolutely book her again.

Michelle was great! We have two anxious kitties so we were nervous about finding someone to take care of them, but Michelle did great. She was very reliable and communicative. She gave us updates about the kitties and played with them. When we got back they seemed very relaxed and were not anxious because we were gone the way we thought they may be, this tells me she gave them a good amount of love and care! ☺️ Definitely recommend her if you have sensitive pets, she’s very caring!

Matt was responsive and accepted the booking within minutes. The first visit went fine and I got an update with a photo of my pet. The second visit was scheduled for 7:30am and by 8:30 I still hadn't heard anything so I called and left Matt a voicemail. I didn't hear back for 40min and was worrying the whole time that my pet wasn't going to be taken care of and I couldn't get a hold of Matt. When I heard back, Matt was apologetic and shared that he had a family health issue through the night that caused him to oversleep. This visit ended up happening 2 hours late. I understand that sometimes things happen and I feel for his family, however, I was relying on him to care for my pet. This could be a fluke, but I won't be booking with Matt again.

Ace is a lifesaver! I needed help on a short notice due to a medical issue and they were able to come and take care of my two dogs right when I needed help. They are so sweet and patient with the dogs, especially our nervous little terrier, and it was such a relief knowing that the dogs would be taken care of while I was away. They have helped us several times and I highly recommend them!

Sierra is the absolute best. She's so reliable and we've always been able to count on her to take excellent care of our cats when we are out of town.

Sarah is the best and came for an admittedly long meet and greet to listen to my concerns regarding our anxious cat AND our bearded dragon. She took the time to learn about our cats quirks and hiding places, and our lizard's wiley ways. Sarah's responsiveness, comfortability with our pets and daily updates helped to ease our minds while we were away. We will definitely be booking with Sarah next time we need a sitter. :)

Our kitty Zoe was in good hands with Erin. She helped us by showing up super fast for our last minute travel plans. We enjoyed reading Zoe's twice daily report cards sand seeing her photos. Erin loves animals and it shows with her attention to detail and continuous communication.

Hazel was a wonderful caretaker for our three cats. She was responsive, flexible, and thoughtful, and sent great photos. We would be happy to book her again!
