Pet Sitting in Easthampton

Had a great second experience with Heather. While we of course put in the effort to make sure she and our cats were set up for success together, there was less prep needed than first time working with her and she was able to jump right back in comfortably; most importantly, we came home to healthy and happy cats!

Noah is a caring soul who my sensitive cat liked right away -- cats can tell! He is super reliable, spent time interacting with my cat, and I've already booked him for when I'm out of town again. I'm very glad to have found such a good, local pet-sitter.

So appreciate of Tanya being so accommodating on very short notice. She's always thorough and seems to enjoy time with our furry children. We are lucky to have her as a resource and the pets enjoy their time with her!

Michelle was great! We have two anxious kitties so we were nervous about finding someone to take care of them, but Michelle did great. She was very reliable and communicative. She gave us updates about the kitties and played with them. When we got back they seemed very relaxed and were not anxious because we were gone the way we thought they may be, this tells me she gave them a good amount of love and care! ☺️ Definitely recommend her if you have sensitive pets, she’s very caring!

We loved having Shaelanna look after our two cats! We could tell by the way she offered to meet us in person, asked questions, and how she was with the boys that she really cares. We went away with peace of mind and came home to a clean space and happy cats. Shaelanna went the extra mile to spend time and play with them and keep the place clean. And she is kind and easy to communicate with. We would definitely book her again!

Matt was responsive and accepted the booking within minutes. The first visit went fine and I got an update with a photo of my pet. The second visit was scheduled for 7:30am and by 8:30 I still hadn't heard anything so I called and left Matt a voicemail. I didn't hear back for 40min and was worrying the whole time that my pet wasn't going to be taken care of and I couldn't get a hold of Matt. When I heard back, Matt was apologetic and shared that he had a family health issue through the night that caused him to oversleep. This visit ended up happening 2 hours late. I understand that sometimes things happen and I feel for his family, however, I was relying on him to care for my pet. This could be a fluke, but I won't be booking with Matt again.

Richard is a great sitter who is very kind and professional! He was great with my cat and helped me bring my mail inside while I was on vacation! Highly recommended.
