Always hope that Haowen is available when I’m headed out of town! He is so amazing with animals individual personalities and goes above and beyond with play etc.

Annaliese has checked in on our very shy kitty a couple times - she is one of the few people Lola will come out for. Great communication and detailed report cards. Awesome sitter all around :)

Alicia is always communicative which I appreciate. She was later than expected one day and gave me a heads up and let me know when she was expected to arrive. My cat is not high maintenance, but I appreciated the heads up so I knew he wasn't being abandoned! Came home to a happy cat and that's most important.

Szu is incredibly responsible and attentive! We even asked her last minute to help with our automatic litter box, and she handled everything perfectly. Highly recommended!

Jayme was super prompt with responses, took great care of my cats, sent me photo updates, and left my apartment in great shape after his weekend-long stay! Definitely recommend.
