Serena did a wonderful job of taking care of Rosie. send me lots of photos and took her time to get close to her. would definitely recommend!

Monica is six stars! She spent so much time with our kitty, and really took extra measures to communicate with us when my app wasn’t working everywhere overseas. I know that our cat had companionship and attention, and how she was doing day to day — it was a great relief to have Monica on the case!

Melissa was super helpful checking in on our cat, Chicky! We ended up making Thanksgiving plans closer to the actual holiday, and had to book a Rover on shorter notice than usual. Melissa was super responsive when we initially reached out, and communicative throughout our trip. She was very thoughtful when thinking of ways to help make Chicky less lonely while we were away. We highly recommend Melissa! 😊

This is the second time I have booked with Heather. She is very communicative and thorough, and always asks if there’s anything else she can do. My cat Aspen loves the play time she gets when Heather visits. I feel much better being out of town knowing that Heather will look out for her.

Angela was amazing! We had only ever had family members cat-sit for us before, and she made us feel our fur baby was in exceptional hands while we were away. Her communication was excellent with lots of photos and she arrived right on time every day and followed the directions exactly. We would definitely rebook with her. Very reliable and caring.

Caitlin did a spectacular job taking care of my two kitties while I was recently out of town. One of my cats needs heart meds twice a day and she administered everything perfectly, greatly setting my mind at ease. She is extremely easy to communicate with and send plenty of details and photos. I’ll definitely rebook.

Sabrina was great! Very communicative and attentive to our kitty while we were away. She came over for a meet and greet before our trip which made everything that much better. Will be rebooking in the future!!

Yuting was super easy to communicate with and extremely prompt on her reply (especially with myself needing the check-in about 40 minutes ahead of schedule). On top of that, I had complete peace of mind that she was the one checking in on my old man (cat), especially after reading her profile and a brief chat with her. Extremely happy she had availability for me, and definitely will be booking again!

Lisa was awesome with our little Kimchee! She was thorough and very communicative about her visits. She also took really adorable pictures to send us! I would highly recommend Lisa and will definitely have her watch Kimchee for future away trips!

Jessica was absolutely wonderful! She was extremely communicative throughout the whole trip, and Rick absolutely loved her — she was even able to brush out a knot in his fur (and he usually hates being brushed!). We will be using Jessica again! ❤️
