Jacklyn did a great job for me and went out of her way to help me when my Christmas flight was cancelled and rebooked 2 days later. She moved my entire booking for days I hadn't originally scheduled so I was able take my trip. My rescue cat Rooney loved her and she is VERY picky about her humans. Jacklyn showed up daily to feed/water/scoop the litter box and sent great photos of play time. She even got Rooney to let her brush her, which is something she usually won't even let me do. This is Rooney's first time with a sitter and she gave Jacklyn 5 stars. We will definitely book her again!

Yesterday was my first drop in visit with Amber. She exceeded my expectations of when I first discovered this app. She was amazing with my dog, Millie, who can have tricky behavior/ hard time trusting new people. She has great communication about her services and her report was detailed. Millie and I are excited to have Amber back for more drop in’s!

I am SO happy I found Hallie. She stops in for daytime visits while I’m at work and always updates me about Wilbur’s day. She is timely with every visit and is super easy to communicate with. Wilbur loves the visits and I love that I don’t have to worry about my furbaby when I’m at work.

Kylie really went above and beyond when taking care of my two kitties. Also helped with bringing in the mail and watering plants. She wrote very detailed updates and took great pictures; as much as I missed my fur-babies I knew they were well taken care of. Will definitely book again.

Ace was absolutely AMAZING! She arrived at the times that I asked her to. She kept me updated about Clyde and Bella's wellbeing and sent me pictures. The house was immaculate! Ace really enjoys pets and the feeling is mutual with the doggie and kitty. Ace's spirit is so kind and genuine. I totally recommend her.

Matt was responsive and accepted the booking within minutes. The first visit went fine and I got an update with a photo of my pet. The second visit was scheduled for 7:30am and by 8:30 I still hadn't heard anything so I called and left Matt a voicemail. I didn't hear back for 40min and was worrying the whole time that my pet wasn't going to be taken care of and I couldn't get a hold of Matt. When I heard back, Matt was apologetic and shared that he had a family health issue through the night that caused him to oversleep. This visit ended up happening 2 hours late. I understand that sometimes things happen and I feel for his family, however, I was relying on him to care for my pet. This could be a fluke, but I won't be booking with Matt again.

Richard is a great sitter who is very kind and professional! He was great with my cat and helped me bring my mail inside while I was on vacation! Highly recommended.

We were very nervous leaving our new cat alone for the first time but from the moment we contacting Megan our fears started to subside. She came and met our cat Aria and immeadiately was able to get our cat to trust her and feel comfortable with her through play, warmth and giving her a treat. Megan was consistent with her visits and her care of Aria. She did not miss one day or one check in and came twice a day for a week while we were gone. She sent pictures through this app so we knew our girl was doing good. When we came home, her litterbox was clean and our little squeaky bundle of energy had not destroyed our home, showing she got plenty of attention while we were gone. She was happy and affectionate and came right to us. Megan is very reliable, attentive, consistent, warm and reassuring. We highly recommend her and will definitely book her again to watch our kitty while we are gone.
