Robin did such a great job with Charley! He is a high energy dog and she handled him very well. She communicated throughout the stays, and went above and beyond to feed my cat because the dog had eaten all his food! I will definitely use her again in the future. Thank you, Robin!

Jacklyn was great! She sent pictures of our kitties every day and made sure they had food, water, and clean little. One of my very shy kitties even warmed up to her! Would recommend to people in my area.

Ace was absolutely AMAZING! She arrived at the times that I asked her to. She kept me updated about Clyde and Bella's wellbeing and sent me pictures. The house was immaculate! Ace really enjoys pets and the feeling is mutual with the doggie and kitty. Ace's spirit is so kind and genuine. I totally recommend her.

Richard is a great sitter who is very kind and professional! He was great with my cat and helped me bring my mail inside while I was on vacation! Highly recommended.

Hallie did a great job checking on my cats when I was away. The process was easy to set up, she spent time with the cats and was great about sending updates and photos.

Matt was responsive and accepted the booking within minutes. The first visit went fine and I got an update with a photo of my pet. The second visit was scheduled for 7:30am and by 8:30 I still hadn't heard anything so I called and left Matt a voicemail. I didn't hear back for 40min and was worrying the whole time that my pet wasn't going to be taken care of and I couldn't get a hold of Matt. When I heard back, Matt was apologetic and shared that he had a family health issue through the night that caused him to oversleep. This visit ended up happening 2 hours late. I understand that sometimes things happen and I feel for his family, however, I was relying on him to care for my pet. This could be a fluke, but I won't be booking with Matt again.

Yesterday was my first drop in visit with Amber. She exceeded my expectations of when I first discovered this app. She was amazing with my dog, Millie, who can have tricky behavior/ hard time trusting new people. She has great communication about her services and her report was detailed. Millie and I are excited to have Amber back for more drop in’s!
