Jacklyn is gem! She sent pics daily of Abby while I was away and let me know how she was doing. Jacklyn also gave Abby medication, which isn’t the easiest thing with a 16 year old Tortie with lots of Tortitude! I will definitely hire Jacklyn again and am happy to be a reference for her.

Katie helped us out in a pinch and dropped in on super short notice to give our dog relief and dinner when our day ran unexpectedly long. It was such a huge help!

Hallie is great! As someone with a reactive dog who needs trust-building, Hallie is incredible at making my dog as comfortable as possible, and providing feedback to help me understand my dog. She is diligent in communication, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for good care, and good training recommendations.

Dorjee has been wonderful with our pug Olive. We are very happy with her reliability and the quality of care she provides is unsurpassed by any other sitter we’ve hired. We highly recommend her and so appreciate her flexibility!

Ace is a lifesaver! I needed help on a short notice due to a medical issue and they were able to come and take care of my two dogs right when I needed help. They are so sweet and patient with the dogs, especially our nervous little terrier, and it was such a relief knowing that the dogs would be taken care of while I was away. They have helped us several times and I highly recommend them!

Matt was responsive and accepted the booking within minutes. The first visit went fine and I got an update with a photo of my pet. The second visit was scheduled for 7:30am and by 8:30 I still hadn't heard anything so I called and left Matt a voicemail. I didn't hear back for 40min and was worrying the whole time that my pet wasn't going to be taken care of and I couldn't get a hold of Matt. When I heard back, Matt was apologetic and shared that he had a family health issue through the night that caused him to oversleep. This visit ended up happening 2 hours late. I understand that sometimes things happen and I feel for his family, however, I was relying on him to care for my pet. This could be a fluke, but I won't be booking with Matt again.

Natalie was very attentive and thorough! Mimi (my cat) had a great time with her!

We have used Giuseppe twice now while we were away and he was able to handle all 5 pets easily. His updates are thorough and his photos are excellent. They miss him already!

Ash took excellent care of our cat, going above and beyond to spend time with him while we were out of town. Our house was spotless when we returned, and our cat was well cared for! We will definitely hire them again!
