Matt was responsive and accepted the booking within minutes. The first visit went fine and I got an update with a photo of my pet. The second visit was scheduled for 7:30am and by 8:30 I still hadn't heard anything so I called and left Matt a voicemail. I didn't hear back for 40min and was worrying the whole time that my pet wasn't going to be taken care of and I couldn't get a hold of Matt. When I heard back, Matt was apologetic and shared that he had a family health issue through the night that caused him to oversleep. This visit ended up happening 2 hours late. I understand that sometimes things happen and I feel for his family, however, I was relying on him to care for my pet. This could be a fluke, but I won't be booking with Matt again.

Heather was fantastic! We just moved in from out of state and had to go on a quick weekend trip and didn't know anyone who could take care of our cat! Heather stopped by and met her before we left and I felt very comfortable with her and confident that our cat would be well taken care of! She also sent us photo updates which I loved! We absolutely plan on using her in the future and I highly recommend her!

Anne was a great sitter for our cats. She provided detailed updates after each visit and sent photos each time. She is very responsible and reliable. We had peace of mind knowing that Anne was checking on our cats while we were away. Highly recommend!

Tanya is very responsive and flexible. She has accommodated our requests on several occasions with very short notice. We have full confidence in her and appreciate her care and communication.

Jacklyn was great! She sent pictures of our kitties every day and made sure they had food, water, and clean little. One of my very shy kitties even warmed up to her! Would recommend to people in my area.

Emily was very easy to work with, and our two cats were well taken care of.

Mary was very responsive, and obviously a big cat person. She texted me photos of my cat looking extremely happy and relaxed, by which I could tell he felt very comfortable with her. All in all, I was very grateful to have found her, and happy with her help.

Lauren was amazing with my baby birds and cats!! I was so incredibly nervous to have someone watch over my baby parakeets while I was gone for a few days, and Lauren made me feel great about leaving them under her care. She did everything I asked of her, and sent me lovely photos and texts. Highly recommend Lauren for any pet care needs you may have--I'll definitely be hiring her again if I need another pet sitter!!
