Had a great second experience with Heather. While we of course put in the effort to make sure she and our cats were set up for success together, there was less prep needed than first time working with her and she was able to jump right back in comfortably; most importantly, we came home to healthy and happy cats!

Heather did two drop in visits with my cats. She was very communicative, letting me know when she arrived and left. She sent me pictures of the cats. Their food and water were well filled. She even left the porch light on for me, which was very considerate. She did a great job and I would highly recommend her!!

Even though we were away when Molly visited, I can tell that Molly and Canoot had a great play session! She kept us posted on developments and when we got home, Canoot was tired and happy.

Lauren was amazing with my baby birds and cats!! I was so incredibly nervous to have someone watch over my baby parakeets while I was gone for a few days, and Lauren made me feel great about leaving them under her care.
