Dog Boarding in Harwich

Splash was a first time guest with Karen. My sweet girl brings her abandoned shelter dog anxiety to all new situations but Karen kept her safe and supported. Great communication and multiple photos.

Caitlin did an outstanding job of caring for our dog. Jordan is very nervous in new situations with people she doesn't know, but we could tell from update pictures Caitlin sent that Jordan was doing well and getting more comfortable from day to day. This was the first time we've used a private sitter. Because of our experience with Caitlin, we have decided that Rover.com is a better option for boarding than the pet resort we normally use.

Madaket took care of our Bernese for the weekend. She seemed to have a great time. I liked that Madaket has a large outdoor space. Our dog looked happy in all the pictures. When we picked our girl up she kept nuzzling Madaket, good sign she was well taken care of.

I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience with Karen and her lovable Lab, Juni. From the moment we met, I knew we were in the best hands possible. Karen is kind, attentive, responsible, and clearly has a natural gift when it comes to animals. She bonded with my dog the minute we met and I had no doubt that my dog felt safe, happy, and loved while I was away. Karen's home is beautiful, clean, safe, and completely dog-friendly, and the best part is her entirely fenced in front yard where the dogs could play freely! And then there’s Juni -- she is gentle, playful, and incredibly well-behaved—truly the perfect companion. I will definitely be using Karen again and you and your dog will be so happy you did too!

Sarah was an AMAZING sitter for our pup!! With a last minute request, Sarah was able to not only help us out, but also take excellent care of Willie. She followed all of our instructions, sent frequent updates and was an extremely quick communicator. Long story short, Sarah is incredible and we would absolutely book her again. I can’t say thank you enough for her excellent service!!

Can’t say enough about Kellie J. It’s so easy to go away if I can leave Ollie with her & her pup, Rufus. I think he’s Ollie’s best bud. She & her family are so welcoming & home is so well set up (meet & greet, fenced in yard & photos/videos are a plus). You & your furry friend will be so lucky.

Maria was fantastic and took my booking request last minute due to emergency. She was so attentive and our dog Ted had an amazing time. Would highly recommend, and everytime we are on the Cape and need dog sitting she is our top choice! Thanks so much Maria for taking such good care of our baby!

Samantha took great care of our dog, Ollie, during his 11-night stay. She is friendly, accommodating and kept us updated with photos throughout his stay. It was reassuring to know he was in good hands while we were away. We really appreciate her care and would happily book with her again!

Emily provided our Lucy with a home away from home for a long weekend, during which Lucy appeared to be living her best life. We were a little anxious about leaving our needy rescue dog, but Lucy immediately took to Emily and made herself at home in Emily’s spacious fenced in back yard. She is so knowledgeable about caring for dogs and asked lots of questions to make sure she took care of Lucy’s needs, including administering meds twice daily. I’m afraid Lucy monopolized Emily’s attention - she can be quite needy - leaving two other friendly dogs to fend for themselves during her visit. Now I know Lucy doesn’t like to share, but Emily rolled with it. We couldn’t have left her in better hands. Thank you so much Emily for taking such good care of our girl!

Glenn was a trooper. My dog experienced separation anxiety but Glenn kept me informed, was calm and seemed genuinely concerned about making her happy. I’m sure it was a tough night for Glenn as well as my pup but I felt confident that my dog was safe and being well cared for even if she was unhappy. His positive attitude towards a difficult pup speaks volumes about his ability to care for other people’s pets.

Beth Ann was amazing ... Duke was very happy & well cared for. We met before our trip and that helped both Duke & us feel very comfortable by the time we dropped off Duke with Beth Ann. She sent us pix & a brief daily review ... which was great to see & hear. We highly recommend Beth Ann & will definitely have her watch Duke in the future. Overall - an AWESOME experience!

Me and little Murmaid had a wonderful experience! Gabby was very flexible, communicated with me throughout the stay, updated me with great pictures, and took great care of Murmaid. She made sure she got plenty of exercise and attention and kept her entertained and happy. It was a plus that Gabby’s dog was playful and enjoyed Murmaid’s company. It was such a relief knowing Murmaid was in good hands. I would definitely use her again and highly recommend her!

Our dog Chloe was delighted to see Andi again (she had been our regular Rover sitter before we moved) and enjoyed her stay with her. Andi loves animals, and they all get special attention at her home. Thanks, Andi for making Chloe's stay a great one.
