Dog Boarding in Hatfield

Heidi was so responsive when I needed a nearly last minute sitter for Remy, my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I bought an RV and have traveled with 3 dogs before (my Remy, new Yorkie pup, and Courtney’s amazingly trained and smart Border Collie). I looked at the camp grounds and hiking trails we’d be doing and knew Remy would not be a good fit for the trip. See, Maine is ROCKY, and Remy loves to obsess and bark at rocks. Hmmm. Yeah. I don’t get it either. Anyhoo, we left him in Heidi’s care, thinking it would be a vaca for him, too. It was the first time he was left with anyone but close friends we knew overnight. It was so hard to leave him, but Heidi sent pics and updates. At the end of our trip I was dropping the RV off for service in Hatfield and then picking up Remy. I wasn’t able to drop off the RV, and absolutely couldn’t have made it to Heidi’s with it, so I had to call my daughter to come get him from Greenfield. That meant a later than agreed upon pick up, but she was very gracious. My boy came home happy. Thanks, Heidi!

Emily was really great and understanding with my reactive dog, and gave lots of updates!

Josie (and her parents!) were wonderful with my dog, Milo. It was my first time using the Rover app, but they were always communicative, kind, flexible and kept me updated about Milo’s stay. They even sent pictures too, which eased my mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a responsible sitter!

Karl was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond, provided a stress-free and fun space, and took wonderful care of our dogs. Highly recommend him!

If I could give her six stars I would. She was so sweet and kind to both me and my doggy, she sent lots of photos and my dog came back so happy:)

Patti was wonderful! I'm sure Ollie felt at home with Patti and family. He had play time and walks with their dog. I will definitely use her again!

We are so lucky that we found Ali! Him and his wife are such kind hearted people. He is extremely accommodating, especially on short notice. He was so responsive, which made communication so easy. Ali would send me photos just about every day of how our dog, Gucci was doing. He was very attentive and would check in for a pick up/drop off times. Gucci had an amazing time there and developed a great connection to them, especially his wife. We've already booked Ali again for the Thanksgiving holiday! He went above and beyond to ensure that Gucci had a great day and to keep in and accommodate to our schedule and kept communication open and easy!! And an added bonus was that Ali lives very close to us, so it was very easy to do pick ups and drop offs, and that they have an adorable dog who Gucci enjoyed playing with and was always surrounded by great company.

Elissa looked after my older chihuahua Luna while we attended a wedding nearby. This was my first time using Rover and we had a great experience. Elissa was very communicative and easy to coordinate with since we were coming to MA from out of town for a wedding. We really appreciated her daily pupdates and Luna had a great time hanging out with her family and pups. Thank you Elissa!

Forough & Amir took care of my dog Bandit for 3 weeks and did a wonderful job. It was clear from all the pictures that he was well cared for and loved. I will definitely use them again for future vacations. They also were always very quick to answer my messages and made communication easy.

Megan helped me out of a jam by taking Sadie last minute. She took great care of Sadie, which put my mind at ease, and we would happily use her services again!

John was fantastic with Penny. We had an issue with our booking (on our end), and he was flexible, responsive, and so helpful. We'd happily have our dog stay with him again.

It was truly a pleasure booking with Aishea my Bella was in great hands. Aishea & her family were very nice & lovely people. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!!

Amy is wonderful! Our dog stayed for a week and Amy sent updates and pictures daily. Our dog had a great time playing and it was very nice not to worry about how he was doing. We will use Amy for any future trip. Very highly recommend Amy!

Novelette took such good care of our Peanut. She understood Peanut’s personality right away and kept us updated with her quirky behaviors throughout her stay. We really appreciated all the updates and the pictures. We found Novelette because she is near a friend’s home who is out-of-state, but we hope we find another opportunity to have her take care of Peanut again!

Heather and Norman provided a wonderful home for Goose while we were away for 2 weeks. They are a dog-loving home which was great for my dog, who needs lots of attention from humans and dogs alike. She was treated like one of their own. Definitely recommend!

My aussie, Pippi, stayed with Nicole for a whole week and I couldn't be happier with how it went!! Pippi had so much fun playing both indoors and outdoors in the fenced yard, and Nicole's dog, cat, and kids all were so tolerant of Pippi's high energy. She also loved the bones Nicole treated her to :). I would book with Nicole again anytime without hesitation. Thank you!!

We were very happy with how Caitlin and her family cared for Sophie! Great communication and attention to detail, which really helped our shy girl feel at home. We will definitely seek her services again!

Angie took great care of my Bella! She communicates & made me feel sure my puppy was in safe hands. I’ll definitely rebook whenever I need a sitter! :)
