A+ care from a pleasant professional! Cari went over & above in caring for my 2 cats while I was traveling. This was my first booking and she was a model pet sitter: trustworthy, reliable, communicative, responsive and pro-active (e.g. taking out trash, sweeping up, leaving the place immaculate, etc). One of my cats is a fearful former feral yet Cari managed to find & feed her without issue. When I had internet connectivity trouble, she supplemented Rover's forms & sent me texts.

She was absolutely amazing! I booked very last minute and she was accommodating and made everything so easy. She took great care of my cats, was reliable and communicative, and gave me total peace of mind while I was away. I’m so appreciative that she was able to help on such short notice and would absolutely book with her again!

Nathalia was so wonderful to have drop in for visits with our dog while we were away! She made sure her needs were all taken care of and was even able to help us out with last minute additional needs. We highly recommend!

We were visiting from out of town with our Bullmastiff, Willow, and needed someone reliable to check in on her. A friend recommended Jacqueline, and we’re so glad they did! We asked Jacqueline to take Willow on a short walk and give her fresh water. I forgot to mention that Willow also needed to be fed, but I had left a note on the counter. Not only did Jacqueline take great care of Willow—making sure she got her walk and water—but she also noticed the note, made sure Willow was fed, and even washed her bowl afterward! When we returned, Jacqueline had left a thoughtful note letting us know how everything went. It was so nice to get a little report, and it gave us peace of mind knowing Willow was in such good hands. I highly recommend Jacqueline and will definitely use her again in the future!

Excellent communicator while I was away. She took care of kitty accidents I wouldn’t have expected without complaint. My cats were cool, calm and collected upon my return. Highly recommend.

Justyna did a great job with Duncan! I was apprehensive because Duncan is a senior dog and this was my first time using Rover, but she was great and I’m so glad for her help!
