We have been looking for a boarding solution for a long time since we travel a lot and often have long work events. We've tried a number of other solutions in the area and our dog would come back every time sick and looking miserable. Finding Heather has been such a blessing! She is always available and very flexible with pick up/drop off. Our dog is happy to go there and comes back happy and tired from all the play! She sends updates and photos and it's great to see that Lily is having a great time while we are away. Very different experience from all the other boarding places we tried in the area. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a go to sitter in the area!

Novelette took such good care of our Peanut. She understood Peanut’s personality right away and kept us updated with her quirky behaviors throughout her stay. We found Novelette because she is near a friend’s home who is out-of-state, but we hope we find another opportunity to have her take care of Peanut again!
