Michelle was the absolute BEST with our little pup while we were out for a few hours. He’s just 11 weeks old, so he’s a bit needier than the standard drop in. Michelle took the challenge on willingly as a recent puppy mom herself, ensuring she understood his routine thoroughly so she could replicate it. Her kind nature, clear communication, and thorough updates helped us relax and enjoy our first real night out since bringing our puppy home. Will 100% book with Michelle again!

Lucy was fantastic. She sent pictures and videos of playtime and pets and my dog just adores her. He was happy and healthy when I got home. Not only was she so good with my dog but she was punctual, had great communication, and was very sweet. 10/10 highly recommend Lucy!

Stephanie always takes such amazing care of my 2 cats. She goes above and beyond for them and I appreciate the many images and detailed messages everyday. In those messages I can really tell she pays attention to the cats because she describes their personalities so well. Even the shy one has come around to trust her.
