Eryn is amazing! I trust her completely in my home and with my cat, Bean. She is incredibly attentive, genuinely caring, and always follows through on any instructions or tasks I leave for her. I can tell she truly enjoys spending time and playing with Bean, which gives me so much peace of mind while I’m away. Wiley’s nails were long and after asking me if it would be okay, Kylie clipped them for me. I have never been able to successfully do this myself. This little extra attention and asking permission was great.

Jessiana was wonderful as always! She was able to take care of my cat last minute. She responds quickly and is great with communication. Highly recommend.

Katie is the best. Most recently she tended to the new addition to the family, a dog we recently adopted. She is very calm and flexible and I believe the dogs pick up on her positive energy making every visit a good one!

Though the drop-in visit wasn't successful, James and Reichel were fantastic through the entire process. After the first meet and greet on Monday Reichel came by again on Friday, on her own time and at her suggestion, just to try to make Dessa more comfortable. Well, Dessa is an 11ish year old German Shepherd who was found as a stray a year ago, and it's only been a month since I adopted her (from SC to MA). She's still settling in at home, tentative but usually eventually okay with strangers. Friday's quick visit went great, but today she wasn't up for something unfamiliar, and that's understandable. If she gets more comfortable with people over time, I will 100% return to James and Reichel when needed. Excellent communication all along the way, and they truly understood and cared for Dessa, even though she wasn't nearly so friendly in return 😆

Ace was so good with both of our dogs! They came over to do a meet and greet beforehand and were so patient with my partner's nervous rescue dog who is terrified of everything. When they came to take the dogs out, they kept us updated with everything that happened and really took their time not to rush the nervous little dog. You can tell they really care about animals and love spending time with them. I would definitely recommend them, especially for nervous or high needs pets.
