I have a high needs cat, both emotionally and medically, who I generally struggle to find compatible caretakers for. Amy worked with both myself and my cat not only while I was away for a period of time, but also for months ahead of my departure to build a relationship with both of us. I have been so relieved that all of our efforts paid off - Amy was so patient and loving to my kitty, who in turn warmed up to Amy with time. I feel so confident and reassured that my cat received great care and genuinely loved seeing Amy every day while I was gone. In addition, Amy went above and beyond by making sure my apartment was in shape for me upon my return, checking in on my cat's medical needs regularly, and overall being super communicative and helpful. Amy, thank you so much for all of your care - Siofin may not be good at saying it herself yet, but we both really appreciate it. We both would recommend Amy anytime!

Leyna went above and beyond taking care of our two cats this past weekend! One of our cats needs quite a few oral meds and she managed it like a champ. We really enjoyed working with Leyna and hope to use her again in the future.

Cathalina was an amazing caretaker of my cat Naoki. Gave me a daily update and some pictures where my cat looked so happy being pet and fed. Also was very patient dealing with my random scheduling requests from a cancelled flight. 10 stars out of 5

I was nervous to leave my kitten having never used Rover before but Julia was wonderful! She came and met Cairo ahead of time and was so communicative during Cairo’s stay - sending photos and updates. It’s such a relief to know your pet is safe and well cared for. Would definitely recommend Julia to others and have Cairo stay with her again!

Bryn is absolutely wonderful! On time, communicative, and so kind/gentle with Milo. She is great at reading let body language and respecting when a pet just wants space. Super happy to have found her and be able to work with her.

Aurora was great ! My cat pupi can be very timid and takes time to adjust. She was patient and understanding. It was our first time getting this help and we definitely asked a lot of questions however Aurora was understanding and helpful. She answered all of our concerns and understood Pupi’s needs. Definitely looking to get her help again in future.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Kathryn for coming thru and taking care of my babies during memorial weekend. New to Boston and was worried about leaving my cats with someone new but Kathryn made the process easy. Was able to meet up before booking and everything worked out great! Thank you!

My wife and I travel a lot, and over the last seven years we’ve engaged a lot of people to stay with our cat. Natalie is in a class by herself. She was wonderful in every way, and we came home to a very happy and calm cat. We’d hire her again in a heartbeat. Great person.

Jayme eased my anxiety as I was worried to leave Toby, my cat, alone for 10 days. Jayme sent me pictures, ensured he was feed, and litterbox was clean! Toby and I are very happy and would definitely re-book Jayme again if available!
