Glad to be repeat clients of Angela. Our cat is always happy and healthy when we come home and she goes the extra mile to make sure our nothing is amiss at our house when we arrive back. She gives great updates that set our mind at ease when we are away!

Haowen is so responsive and thoughtful and kind. I needed catsitting in a hurry, and he was able to jump in to support my cats. It was really reassuring being able to rely on him in a time-crunch. My cats are always well-cared for and happy thanks to Haowen.

Szu cared for my cats twice a day for four days with drop in visits, and was timely and communicative. She included pictures and detailed updates of the cats and took care of their feeding and cleaning schedules.

This is the second time I have booked with Heather. She is very communicative and thorough, and always asks if there’s anything else she can do. My cat Aspen loves the play time she gets when Heather visits. I feel much better being out of town knowing that Heather will look out for her.

Chanel was excellent. From professional and prompt communications when we first began communicating about caring for my house/cats/gecko to the in-home stay, she provided the best service. I loved that she wrote the day day before the service to re-confirm and ensure all the instructions I had given initially were the same. Throughout the service she provided updates and pictures. Also, she was very patient waiting for a confirmation from me during the period between our first communication and when we were able to find a mutual time to meet. Finally, she was professional as I mentioned, but what I found even more valuable was that she was herself. We joked a bit about the cats and gecko, etc. I think it is these genuine moments of interaction that make you feel particularly trustworthy of the person that is caring for your loved ones. Well worth the money. Thank you Chanel!

Abbey is AWESOME! She's our new go to sitter, we feel very lucky to have found her. To start she's very genuine so you trust her immediately - not only did us humans feel that way but our 'I only like mommy' cat warmed up to Abbey from the moment she walked in the door. She handled the medication and feedings with no problem and clearly was looking forward to having some hang time with our guys. And she's a great photographer - we got a mess of fun photos each day. We just hope she sticks around the area!
