Aurora was amazing with Otto while I was away! It gave me so much peace of mind during my trip to know he was in such good hands. She was kind and very communicative throughout. There was even one day when we accidentally left the key inside, and she kindly came back a second time to try again — I really appreciated her patience and willingness to help.
