Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in Marlborough

Sara took care of Gracie, my very active 6-month old kitten, for the first time I've left Gracie home alone overnight and the first time I used a pet sitter/rover. Sara did a awesome job answering my questions and making sure I understood how rover worked. During the meet and greet she asked lots of questions to get to know about Gracie and her habits. Over the weekend while I was away, Sara sent great summaries of each visit noting how comfortable/happy Gracie was with lots of pictures and videos. She made sure Gracie got lots of play time - and she even went the extra mile when it came to cleaning up after, Gracie's messy eating habits! I would definitely recommend Sara as a sitter.

Lori has done a wonderful job, as usual, dropping in to feed, walk and give my Chihuahua Amanda some companionship during a vacation trip I took recently. Lori and Amanda seem to really enjoy each other which is an awesome feeling when sitter bonds with your dog as much as you do. Makes you feel your pup is in great hands. Jennifer is kind, caring and thoughtful. Our dogs felt comfortable from the moment they met her. She went up and beyond, caring for our dogs, for which we are most grateful.

We felt safe leaving our puppy in Rachel's experienced hands after an initial meeting. And while we only booked her for 2 visits each day, she was willing to stay a little longer to make sure the puppy settled down in his crate without having an accident before leaving (a big concern of ours). There was some miscommunication about his food and walks/playtime on the first day, but that was improved on the second day. She provided plenty of recommendations on resources and tools to help with puppy behavior, so she is a great sitter for first time puppy owners.

Caitlyn was great with our cat over the holidays. She was communicative and sent many pictures during her visits. She was clean and responsible in our home. Our cat was very happy in her care.

Cam came twice a day to take care of our 2 kitties while we were on vacation, it was such a relief knowing they were getting their food and meds while we were away. Thanks Cam!

This was the second time using Briana. Another 5 star experience. She has always been reliable—on time with visits, communicates promptly. sends photos, follows dog care, instructions, etc. Highly recommend!

Nancy is fantastic! This was our first time leaving our recently adopted kitties so we were a little nervous at first, but Nancy made us feel so comfortable. She did drop-in visits twice a day and sent pictures with a nice update every other day. She is also very responsive and was flexible when our travel plans had to be adjusted. We will definitely be using Nancy again!

Miriam did an awesome job taking care of our two cats when we were gone for a week! We were nervous leaving them alone for the first time, but she sent a ton of detailed updates and pictures and made us feel totally at ease. Miriam went above and beyond, even bringing toys for the cats and watering wilting plants. The cats were totally relaxed, happy and healthy when we got home. I'd definitely recommend her to any cat parents out there :D

We cannot thank Jacqueline enough and will definitely turn to her again for drop-in visits. She was wonderful with our pet and we felt confident that she had everything covered while we were out. We absolutely recommend her for energetic pups!
