I reached out to Samantha very last minute after my cat sitting plans with another (non-Rover) sitter fell through. I was so grateful to be able to book Samantha. Samantha was incredibly responsive as we set up our initial visit, great about communicating in the lead-up to our trip, and took great care of Harlan. Harlan is an elderly kitty who gets lonely and can make a bit of a mess when eating, leaving debris everywhere, but I came home to very clean looking floors and a happy and well-fed kitty.
